We had such a great experience, and Lalo truly made it unforgettable. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond. He texted the night before to confirm our pickup time, which I really appreciated. During the tour, he never made us feel rushed. It honestly felt like we were being shown around by a friend. Since we were early, he even took us to an agave field near the Castillo and explained the agave plants and the volcano — it was so interesting and something we wouldn’t have experienced otherwise. He answered all of our questions patiently and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. He helped with our bags, took photos for us without us even having to ask, and made sure we were enjoying every moment. What really stood out was his integrity. We accidentally left a souvenir in his car, and he texted us the next morning to let us know and met up with us to return it. That meant so much. If you’re booking a tour, ask for Lalo. You won’t regret it!
