Start your day with a transfer from your hotel in Chachapoyas to the beginning of the trail leading to Gocta Waterfall. To get to Cocachimba it is a 2-hour walk around the trip. Cocachimba is a paradise in the middle of the jungle that houses different waterfalls, including Gocta, one of the highest waterfalls in the world.

It’s a breathtaking...

It’s a breathtaking experience but strenuous. We pre-booked horses for the first half of the trek which helped a lot Roger was a great guide with a lot of information including bird life
