We were picked on time with a very comfortable van. They accommodated our needs and stop requests. The guide guy know enough English to understand us. The views on the way from Puno to Cusco are amazing.
Our van/bus showed up on time for pick up at our hotel in Puno, but our driver did not speak English as requested. The van was spacious and clean, very comfortable for the 4 of us and our luggage. We chose this over a crowded bus ride and the flexibility. Although the website mentioned we would visit a few sites on the way to Cusco, we only stopped at a coffee shop and tried to stop at a church that was closed due to earthquake damage. The driver did use Google translate for communication which helped. I would still recommend the transportation, we just didn't didn't get to see the extras.
We traveled for five days with Maria Walder, it was perfect, they cooperated with what we like, the explanations were fascinating, the vehicle was comfortable and clean, they were very kind and nice, highly recommended
The service was more than excellent. We enjoyed every moment and the guiders were very friendly and with amazing knowledge about everything in the tour. The van itself was very comfortable and new. It was the best way we could do this trip and I highly recommend about it💪
Very good service from the agency, punctual, new car for 18 people and excellent driver. 100% recommended!
I travelled this route twice with Wilder, who is responsible driver, he knows a lot about the route and life in Peru and is good companěro. Gracias!
We did a custom tour when we found out that our 8 hour tour was not bringing us back to Puno. Wilber was great at giving us some other options. He took us to Sillistani, Tinajani canyons, Lampa and Pucara.
Our driver, Wilder, was excellent! He is a superb driver and very kind, funny, knowledgeable person. He was prompt in picking us up in Puno, Peru, and driving our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids, ages: 16, 13, 11) many hours north to Chivay and Colca Canyon. He offered many interesting stops along the way and suggested great stops for photos. After dropping us off at our hotel at Colca Lodge he returned the next morning early at 6:30 AM to take us to see the condors. Wilder arranged all the timing of the day and we had a great time. On the final day Wilder drove us all the way to Arequipa, detailing the points of interest along the way. He even hung out and watched over our kids at one stop while we hiked to a pre-Inkan village (his suggestion). Our son developed tummy issues on our last day and Wilder suggested a stop to a pharmacy for electrolytes. He was very compassionate. We paid a reasonable price for a private car, driver and tour guide, all in one! I would highly recommend Wilder and his services (including driving his passengers all over Peru to Cusco and Lima as well). Can’t recommend enough!!!
Efficient and accommodating driver, Wilder Castillo. Comfortable late model van with high back individual seats. Stops were well placed. Lunch was large variety of Peruvian dishes. Although not very warm.
Excellent. We chose the Private Service for the strike that was in Cusco and it was the best choice. At all times we were informed of everything and with the greatest transparency. The driver Celin very nice and professional. The Purikuy team (carmen i walden) were watching us the whole time. I highly recommend it.
