Masca, It is located on the northwestern tip of the island in the Teno massif, within its rural park name, seventeen kilometers from the town of Buenavista del Norte ravines served as a hiding place for the pirates trying to hide their precious treasures
Garachico, located in the north of Tenerife, which resurfaced from the eruption of the Trevejo volcano in 1706 to become a beautiful town with a peculiar charm, today it is one of the most important historical centers of the Canary Islands.
Icod de los Vinos, located to the north of our island, where we can see part of its cobbled streets and squares that make the town a place of stamp, the famous drago millennial, declared a national monument in 1917
Los Gigantes cliffs, which drop into the ocean and They reach a height of between 300 and 600 meters

The booking first had the date changed then was cancelled without us being informed
We are sincerely sorry that you missed your excursion; however, we must respectfully clarify the facts regarding how your cancellation was handled. We understand that while traveling, checking messages can be difficult. Nevertheless, as soon as the Government of the Canary Islands issued the official weather alert, our team sent notifications through every available channel: Multiple Notifications: Records show that we contacted you via the booking platform’s messaging system, WhatsApp, and email. Safety First: The cancellation was a matter of force majeure. We will never compromise the safety of our guests and staff by ignoring official government weather warnings. Proactive Management: The initial date change was a sincere effort to provide the tour on a safer day. Unfortunately, as weather conditions worsened, a full cancellation became the only responsible course of action. It is likely that these messages were not seen in time, but as a professional operator, we fulfilled our duty to inform you and, most importantly, our duty to keep you safe. Beautiful day with Diego who guided us and made us discover the north of the island with these fabulous sites! Diego didn't just take us to the different stops, all along the way he shared with us exciting information about the island: its history, culture, geography, way of life.... Our guide Stefano started our personalized tour with a stop at the San Cristobal cathedral. We continued our tour in Masca, where we stopped for a flavourful lunch at a quaint restaurant. From there, we wound our way to the Teide, where we took in the views and hiked around the volcanic formations. Stefano provided information on the highlights of our itinerary and adapted the route to traffic and weather conditions. We highly recommend this tour!

We were supposed to be picked up at our hotel at 09.30. No one showed up, no contact from the company. I sent several messages and tried calling several times but no one answered. Finally at 10.00 I received a WhatsApp informing me that the tour vehicle had broken down and the tour would be cancelled. They offered to reschedule but we had no time left during our trip to do this. Appalling customer service and a complete waste of our time, especially given that price of the tour isn’t exactly cheap. Their recent Google reviews paint a similar picture with tours being cancelled last minute due to “vehicles breaking down”. I would advise whoever is managing this joke of a company to take a serious look at how they manage their business before it goes bust.

Lately, Tenerife has been under official weather alerts issued by the Canary Islands Government, which have forced us to cancel several operations for safety reasons. In your specific case, while there was a logistical issue, we want to be clear: we will never prioritize profit over the safety of our guests. Regarding your comment on our management, we take our business very seriously. The "breakdowns" or cancellations mentioned in recent reviews are often the result of force majeure situations or extreme weather that prevents us from accessing areas like Masca safely. We prefer to face a negative review rather than risk an accident on the road during a weather alert. Our track record of over 500 five-star reviews is a testament to our dedication and the quality of our service when conditions allow us to operate safely. Another great day with Belèn. The road to Masca is beautiful and the small village very typical. Then we went to Icod to see the Drago and we went to the Orotava which is just beautiful with the houses and their typical balconies ,ca is worth a visit . I really recommend this excursion.
