We only offer pick-ups at private residences or hotels within our designated pick-up area. Pick-up times vary depending on your location and traffic conditions. Your guide will send the exact pick-up time the afternoon before your tour via email. Please also check your Viator Message Center. Certain areas in Miami Beach cannot be serviced directly due to local city code restrictions. If your address is in a restricted zone, we will assign the nearest legal and safe meeting point. All final details will be available in your TripAdvisor InfoCenter the afternoon before your tour. Florida weather changes quickly. The tour operates rain or shine. Miami Beach Pick-Up Regulations Miami Beach does not allow pick-ups on the road. Stopping at the curb — even for just a few seconds — can result in high fines issued by the city. ⚠️ To stay compliant and ensure your safety, we only pick up at hotels with a private driveway or loading ramp where we can safely pull in without blocking the street. If your hotel does not have its own driveway : You will receive a nearby meeting point at a hotel with a legal loading area. This meeting point will always be within short walking distance. It will appear in your final confirmation email.

Great trip, Christian, our driver, was first class!
Christian is great. Pick up in good, mid-size van. Good explanation of the Everglades ecosystem and wild life. Christian then handed us over to the Everglades staff for the boat tour and alligator show - which was ok.
Had a great day out in the Everglades yesterday. Our guide Ruslan was hilarious and really knew his stuff, not just about the glades but Miami too. If you go, definitely ask for him!
Rus was our guide, he was excellent! We had a brilliant time, airboat ride was fun and we were lucky to see lots of alligators and other wildlife. Enjoyed the gator show too. Super convenient for us as we were picked up from the port and dropped at the airport - perfect way to fill the morning before our onward flight. 5* !!

Really awesome tour. Hagen was a great guide teaching us everything we didn't know we wanted to know about Miami and the Everglades. Local guide Tristan was equally great showing us and teaching us us the local wildlife. Saw two big males, a big female and some cute baby gators. Got to hold a small gator, really cool. I can highly recommend this private tour. Worth every penny if you want that personal and authentic feeling. Besides getting good restaurant tips...

We had an unforgettable Everglades tour that exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt well organized and welcoming. The airboat ride was thrilling without feeling rushed, and we saw plenty of wildlife, including alligators, birds, and turtles in their natural habitat. He was incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and passionate about the Everglades, sharing fascinating facts and stories throughout the tour. Hagen made sure everyone felt safe, engaged, and included, and he happily answered all questions. His enthusiasm was contagious and elevated the entire experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Florida. Absolutely worth every single minute.
Christian was amazing!... and shared so much oh his knowledge about the Everglades habitat and animals with us on the ride there. I would suggest adding the pick up especially if you're from our of town.
