Marina took us on a walking tour of Dublin's coast that was one of the highlights of our 11-day British Isles trip! She is knowledgeable, fun, real, and considerate. As a local, she taught us so much about history and culture, engaging with our 8,445 questions readily. When we go back to Dublin, we are going back to Marina to see what other tours she might have. This tour is truly beautiful and truly 3 hours, but not exhausting for those in our 50s. She left us at an adorable village with 3 great restaurant recommendations, and we loved the Italian one we chose.
Excellent tour. This is a great way to see the Dublin coast and learn the local history without having to go too far from the city. We found the guide to be very professional and informative. Highly recommended
We had the best time with Marina exploring the beautiful area! She has so much knowledge to share and was a complete joy. We saw so much in a short time. A sure highlight of our trip Highly recommend !
Marina was fantastic! What a different way to experience the history of this fascinating area! Make sure you are up for a long walk, but it is definitely worth it!
This tour was definitely a highlight of our trip! Marina was fantastic, welcoming, personable, and knowledgeable. I wanted to do something different for my second time in Dublin and will be recommending this to family and friends. We learned and saw so much and it was a great escape from the city. Taking public transit in and out of the city center was super easy, too.
Our walk with Marina today was exceptional. The coastline, lanes, gardens, merchant castles, coves, quarries, swimming nooks and villages were stunning- even on quite a challenging morning of weather. Marina brought deep knowledge of her local neighbourhood’s lore, stories, characters & quirks with such superb perspective, evocative language and gravitas. She was attentive to our travel plans, and utterly professional. A brilliant experience of Dublin’s charming coastal essence.
I had booked a tour and Marina promptly reached out to let me know she could not make the tour date for a valid reason. She refunded our reservation and kindly sent us a free audio tour that she had created. It was easy to follow and very informative. To explore it on foot with Marina’s knowledge/history of the area through the audio tour was a great experience. Highly recommend this tour!
Our guide showed us a great deal about her home we really enjoyed it. I believe she took us to all the most important sites in the area and took very good care is us.
Our guide, Marina, was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, personable, professional and made the tour interesting. Marina went out of her way to accommodate our schedule. I would definitely take another tour with her.
She was amazing!! We have visit multiple countries in Europe and that has still been one of our favorite days! You really learn about the Irish culture and she explains it very well since she is a local! Would highly recommend! Lots of spots to rest if needed.. didn’t feel like we walked as much as we did! Dulkey is a beautiful town to end in as well!
