Excellent transfer with agency Bukap from Santa Marta to Cartagena but better do it live with them, Viator takes a huge commission.
Very good experience with Hader. The trip took 4 hours but we felt much less with their knowledge, stories and recommendations.
Excellent communication via WhatsApp with Bukap. Because of traffic in Santa Marta, the driver was 15 minutes late, but he notified our hotel which allowed us to wait without stress. For the ride, the vehicle was in perfect condition (a Duster) and the driver was excellent. Although we do not speak Spanish, he managed to share some tips with us. And he took us straight to our hotel in the historic center of Cartagena while my Waze was completely lost.

Our driver Carlos, very punctual, polite , provided us with an excellent Service, even though we had to wait 4 hours locked in the Van because of road closure. He was always very patient and attentive to our needs.
