Too many people crammed into boat . We had to stand on top Headphones not good could not hear guide . She had to repeat stuff when we got off
Was a really nice trip to Burano and Murano but sadly the earphones supplied by the Company were very poor quality, and we couldn't hear our guide telling us about where we were visiting. The boat was also really overcrowded and not enough space for everyone to sit down
We had an absolutely fantastic trip to Burano and Murano and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Everything was so well organised, giving us the perfect amount of time to explore both beautiful islands while learning about their fascinating history and traditions. A special thank you has to go to our wonderful guide, Elizabeth. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic, bringing each destination to life with interesting stories and local insights. She made everyone feel welcome and ensured the whole day ran smoothly, always happy to answer questions and offer recommendations. Burano’s colourful streets were even more stunning than we imagined, and watching the master glassmakers at work in Murano was a real highlight. It was a memorable day from start to finish, and Elizabeth’s warmth and professionalism made it even more special. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—we’ll be recommending this tour to anyone visiting Venice!

It was a very enjoyable tour. There were only about nine of us so it was a very nice size to enjoy the tour. Both Murano and Burano were well worth the trip. The glass making factory was very interesting. I would recommend.

Fun boat ride, very informative guides. Glass blowing and lace making were short demonstrations, but you got to look and shop more. You have more time on Burano than Murano which is where you can get some good lunch before heading back.
Arena is a very special girl. We love our tour with her.
