The Addax is an antelope who lives in a troop in the sandy desert. It performs long migratory movements with the pastures that are born randomly from the rainfall. The wild numbers are very small and distributed by spots in the southern Sahara. This species disappeared from Morocco in 1956 because of poaching and intensive hunting. It is classified in the category: "in danger of extinction". Length: 110 - 130 cm / Height: 95 - 115 cm / Weight: 60 - 125 kg The Dama Gazelle is the largest of the gazelles, the fastest also since it can exceed 100 km / h peak. It is also a very fierce animal that flees over long distances. It is rare and localized south of the Sahara, threatened by poaching, this species is classified in the category: "in danger of extinction". Length: 140 - 165 cm / Height: 90 - 120 cm / Weight: 40 - 75 kg The Red Neck Ostrich, the biggest bird on the planet does not fly, but it can run for 50 km at a speed of 30 km / h! The ostrich has the largest eyes of all terrestrial vertebrates (5 cm in diameter). Its food consists mainly of vegetables, and 3 to 4 kg of fresh material are needed for its daily ration. The subspecies "red-necked" is confined south of the Sahara, it is different from that evolving in southern Africa. The Ostrich disappeared from Morocco in 1945, it is considered "endangered" in its range. Height: 220 - 250 cm / Weight: up to 150 kgOryx is the largest antelope of the semi-desert regions of the Sahara, its horns can exceed 1m in length. It occurs only sporadically throughout its range, and only Chad populations appear to be nearly viable. This species disappeared in Morocco in 1973, it is classified in the category "critically endangered" Length: 160 - 175 cm / Height: 110 - 125 cm / Weight: 180 - 200 kg Gazelle Dorcas, this little gazelle is mostly seen in family groups. It is especially active outside the hot hours of the day. It is the most widely distributed species on the Sahara, but always in a localized way because of the poaching of which it is the object. It is classified in the category "threatened" Length: 90 - 110 cm / Height: 55 - 65 cm / Weight: 15 - 20 kg

15 min

We continue to arrive on the road of the fishing village Tifnit .. stop photos and a small hike on the beach to appreciate the nature, small motor boats and fish, then continue to the village of Sidi Rbat .. by a track sand along the wild Atlantic coast .. (20km & 2h of track).

30 min

These troglodyte houses, dug in the cliff facing the ocean, is a shelter for fishermen and allows them to stay for a few days at the edge of the ocean and fish and also keep their equipment and belongings by their side, then leave once a week to see their family in the village further. Beautiful natural landscapes. A tea break is nice.

30 min

Mouth of Oued Massa & Souss Massa National Park The Bald Ibis, a species in danger of extinction and one of the most endangered bird species in the world. Formerly, widely distributed around the Mediterranean basin and until Egypt where it symbolized the splendor for the contemporaries of the pharaohs. He was also present in Europe where he was still nesting in the Alps in the 16th century. Over time, numbers of this species have gradually declined due to hunting, agricultural development and widespread use of pesticides. The last colony of the old continent disappeared in Turkey in the 1970s. In Morocco, 40 colonies were known at the beginning of the 20th century, but at present, only 4 breeding colonies are listed in the Kingdom, including 3 in the Souss National Park. Massa with a total population of less than 500 individuals, currently represent the bulk of the wild population of this iconic bird on the planet. We cross the village Sidi Rbat to go down to the mouth of the wadi massa, to find a beautiful lagoon where meets the wadi massa and the Atlantic Ocean, it is a part of the National Park of Souss Massa. Privileged place of many species of migratory birds and also the last refuge of the ibis bald .. it is the mouth of oued massa which generously offers this greenery in the middle of a desert landscape .. that makes us a beautiful contrast.

20 min

Dam Youssef Ben Tachefine Photo stop at the highest point of the rock to admire the dam and discover this lake with a capacity of 300 million cubic meters in the middle of this desert space.

30 min

The city of Tiznit is located 100 km south of Agadir, a small town surrounded by 6 km of ramparts .. It is known throughout the country by its craftsmen who make silver jewelry .. we make a visit of the Silver Jewelry Factory (optional step), to discover the work of craftsmen jewelers .. and a small tour of the walls and the interior of the Medina by car, then we return quietly to Agadir.

Beautiful park, but disappointing tour experience

We paid 2000dh for two adults on a full day tour around Souss Masa national park and Tiznit. Souss Massa is a beautiful area, but the tour we received was not what was advertised. Our guide barely spoke English, so we had almost no information about the wildlife, landscape, or history of the park. It felt more like a taxi service than a guided tour. And our guide was heavily reliant on the other English speaking guides in the area to tell us what we were looking at. At least the binoculars we were given worked. On top of that, we were taken to places that weren’t on the itinerary, and some of the promised stops never happened. As it included only 1 part of the reserves - it was supposed to be 2 parts of the reserve (Rokein and Arrouais) but due to army/police firing training one of the reserves was closed on the day. Pity nobody told us that in advance. It was also supposed to include a Fishing village and Cave House - which we didn’t visit either. Instead after the nature reserve we were driven to random camel driver locations and guides offering us live snakes/lizards/scorpions before heading to Tiznit. And the same jewellery and cosmetic stores where you can buy argon oil etc. There was no explanation for the distances we were travelling, and the whole experience felt unstructured. At one point we asked him to stop at a petrol station for a bathroom break as we had no idea how long we were driving before lunch. And my wife was shown a toilet to use which was essentially a hole in the floor. I wouldn’t book with this company again unless they improve communication and stick to the itinerary. We realised early on that the guide spoke very little English. For the whole tour, he kept asking “Are we okay? Are we happy?” repeatedly over and over, and despite us asking him questions about what we were going to see, he couldn’t answer them, and we felt under pressure to just continue. Like another review has said, they advertise a very good service and have a good website. But not everything is as it seems. You can’t call something a guided tour if the guide doesn’t speak your language!

Operator response

Hello Oliver… I hope you are well … Thank you for your feedback, it will help me further improve our service … The day after your excursion, on April 28, 2026, I sent you this question via WhatsApp : Are you satisfied with our services ? As I regularly do with our clients. You received it but didn't reply. I could have taken the initiative, apologized, offered you another excursion free of charge, given you a refund, or even dismissed the driver/guide … I would like to inform you that the driver/guide who unfortunately accompanied you on your "4x4 Wildlife Park" excursion on April 27, 2026, was dismissed following a complaint from another client. He only worked for our agency for one month (April 2026). He claimed to speak fluent English and to know the region very well. So, on behalf of our agency, Agadir Visite, I offer you our sincere apologies and invite you to a free excursion during your next stay in Agadir to compensate for your dissatisfaction. My only complaint ? You didn't tell me anything … You should have informed me immediately after your excursion. I could have dismissed him immediately and prevented other clients from experiencing his poor service … How can I assess the quality of his service if clients don't tell me ? Once again, we apologize for this inconvenience and unpleasant incident, and we will ensure that it doesn't happen again. As you know, we're not angels, we always try to improve and refine our services to ensure our clients are satisfied, but it's also our clients' responsibility to inform me immediately of anything they don't like … Kind regards ... Hamid - Agadir Visite

Extraordinary experience

An unforgettable day with our guide Hamid who showed great adaptability, kindness, listening to our expectations. The beautiful animal park part for children, the sporty 4x4 part but suitable for children, the stop at the pottery and Tzinit great. The little Sahara big hit with children. Everything was perfect, I recommend 100% the reliability of this agency and a big thank you to our exceptional guide

This was an excellent trip helped by our very friendly and helpful guide,Hilal who was informative and capable. The wildlife Park is definitely a highlight, but the main benefit of the tour was that we got to places that otherwise we would not have known about.

Not to be missed with Agadir Visit

It all started with the meeting of our driver-guide Abdou and the current immediately passed with him , he quickly understood our interests and our thirst to learn more about his country geographical, social, economic, environmental, religious ... Abdou always answered all our questions with kindness and never superficially. We thank him for that and hope we have not bored him too much with our questions. The excursion was in the image of relationship with Abdou. Ðés the first stop at the wadi Souss a pair of binoculars nos was lent to see the first pink flames of the day. The visit to the animal parks allowed us to see the animals found there but also to understand all the interest of these centers in this period of drought. The rest of the tour is more oriented towards discovering magnificent landscapes. Particularly the Souss-Massa National Park which we were able to walk through while admiring the birds on the banks of the wadi. We really liked the meal in a typical restaurant and served oriental. The passage through the Youssef Ben Tachine Dam showed us how Morocco in its southern part lacked water. Then the visit of Tiznit, with its impressive ramparts and medina, was perfect to conclude an unforgettable day, both from the tourist point of view and from that of organization and human relationship. During our one week stay in February in Agadir we (4 adults and two children of 5 years and 2 years and a half) made 3 excursions (+ airport transfers) with Agadir Visit: Valley of Paradise/imouzzer, Oasis of Tiout/Taroudant, Animal Park/Tifnit/Petit Sahara. We are very satisfied with the services, our companion Abdou was very careful with us and knew how to make us discover and love this region of Morocco. We recommend Agadir Visit.
