<p>I traveled my plane and my train. I was in Japan, South Korea and China. I used the service 7 times and was totally pleased with the service. The drivers where there each and every time with a sign with my name, They knew where to take me. They kind, courteous and well presented. The cars were of great value and clean. Was very easy to want to tip the driver. I highly recommend this service and site to all. Will for sure use again.</p>
<p>We were very fortunate to have the same driver who had met us on our arrival at Xi'an. He was a charming man as well as a good driver, and overcame the language barrier to communicate his friendliness and concern for our welfare. He had agreed to an earlier pick-up to make sure we caught our train, and insisted on accompanying us to the station entrance which was rather difficult to find. We were impressed and very grateful for his services.</p>
