Airport transfer process was smooth, and the driver was very professional.

No problems at all with this transfer - great service

Driver arrived early and provided friendly service.

The tour operator was Bein Harim. As opposed to the arrival transfer, the departure transfer went off without a hitch. The experience was the complete opposite of my arrival transfer.

This time a taxi was sent to pick me up from my hotel and bring me to the airport. As I was in the lobby bar, the taxi driver walked up to me to let me know he was there ready to take me to the airport whenever I was ready. The driver was a few minutes early, but he let me finish my drink and we were off to the airport. We arrived in less than 30 minutes and he wished me a safe flight.

The driver was at the airport waiting for us after we retrieved our luggage with a sign with our name on it.

Driver was on time and got us to our destination quickly and efficiently.

nice to come downstairs and have the cab waiting there and ready, it was better than my arrival where i waited for 2 hours and they never showed. yes just getting a taxi on your own would be cheaper but at 4am i wanted convenience

It worked out very well. The driver found our apartment and picked us up on time

Very courteous and punctual service. I highly recommend the taxi drive who picked us up from the hotel and brought us to the airport.

We waited one hour on the airport and after call with the agency they organized the transport. I’m afraid that they have forgotten us. Finally we were transported by rent a car company after few conversations by phone with the service supplier. Definitely we lost 2 hours on the airport.

This was a taxi ride from the airport, not a tour. However, the woman who drove us to the hotel on 3/31 was very informative. The ride back to the airport was just functional as we were very tired. The gentleman who drove us was very pleasant.

The one bad part of this is that I questioned a cab driver in Tel Aviv about the charge to get to the airport and he said forty-five shekels. That's a big difference from the $45 per person that I paid. Next time I will do my homework.
