Never showed up. Tried to call and no answer. Actually missed our flight because of this nonsense. Will never use Viator again.
This is a great option if you have large bags compared to taking the commuter train. On our way to Antwerp we used the train which in general was easy but the heavier bags and multiple bags made it difficult. We opted for the private car on the way back to Brussels and it was such a good choice! The driver was very nice, the car was extreme comfortable and the ride was smooth and quick. The best part was it was hotel to hotel so no post train Uber or taxi rides. The cost seemed a bit hight at first but not after comparing what the cost of uber to and from the train and the train is- is was just slightly higher and well worth the few euros. I highly recommend this option of you have more than a weekend bag or if you want a more relaxing experience transferring between Antwerp and Brussels
