Vienna entices visitors with its lavish, old world charm. Gothic cathedrals tower over richly ornamented baroque buildings and copper-dome palaces from the glory days of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The romantic city on the Danube is famous for its coffee, confections and cafes, Lipizzaner horses and leafy boulevards, Sigmund Freud and Wiener Schnitzel, but it is a rich musical tradition - symphony, opera, philharmonic orchestra and Waltz. On your private tour you'll see the inner town and its Town Hall, Stephan`s Cathedral, the Parliament, the imperial Hofburg palace, Staatsoper and Burgtheater form the unique heart of this great city. Enjoy a lunch break in the city centre, free time, Viennese coffee and famous Sacher cake as you explore the city at your own pace.
We'll drive to marvelous Schonbrunn Palace , the summer residence of former Empress Elisabeth known as 'Sissi" (on request we'll book for you the Imperial or Grand Tour). We'll take a walk (and as many pictures as you wish) in the gardens and admire the Neptun Fountain, the Gloriette and numerous flowers. On the way home we'll stop to see Hundertwasser architecture.

Peter is an amazing host. He picked us up in a nice minivan at a car park that was convenient. We had a one day trip to Bratislava. We visited the beautiful historic Devin castle and enjoyed all his memories and stories. We enjoyed walking the old town and saw the Blue Church. Great Slovakian food too. Highly recommended.
