The tour itself was good….we went to Verona, Borghetto (which we loved), and Sirmione in a large and very comfortable Mercedes mini van. Our driver Marcelo was very nice and helpful. Here comes the disappointment! We requested an English speaking guide/driver, and that was confirmed on our ticket. Marcelo spoke only Italian and Spanish, and thus, our communication with him was poor. He used an app that translated his speech, but we could not hear the voice that spoke English to us, and much was lost to us during our excursion because of this poor communication. I would give this rating a poor except for the fact that we liked Marcelo and the areas visited.

A dream from the beginning. The organization, the nice gentleman on the phone as well as the driver. Taxi arrived at the agreed meeting point a few minutes before departure, so no waiting time.
