The driver, Jan, made this a delightful trip for me and my daughter. The night before our trip began, Jan established contact with us via WhatsApp to let us who he was and what time he would pick us up in the morning. He indeed picked us up at the established time and location, was pleasant, professional and easy to talk to. He kept us updated during our travel as to how long until we arrived and once there he walked us through our options. We chose to tour the outside areas of the castle rather than wait 1.5 hours for a guided tour in English, and then take the rail up the mountain for an amazing view of the valley. Afterward, we proceeded into Heidelberg for lunch then exploring the bridge and town before heading back. All throughout the day Jan was there for us. He was fun and provided guidance where needed. We enjoyed his company thoroughly as well as the visit to the Heidelberg Castle and town. He delivered 110% and exceeded our expectations for the trip. We were very pleased.
