First off the driver, Ade, was excellent. Professional, friendly and easy to talk to. He picked us up on time and dropped us off without issue. He was splendid. For the tour operator and VIATOR: I don't know where the disconnect is as on previous tours with VIATOR the driver also acts as an informal guide and walks us around the sights. That was not the case here. I do not fault the driver as he was doing his job as he knew it. I do fault the tour operator and VIATOR. Had I known this was a simple drop off and pick up service I wouldn't have booked the tour, especially for the price I paid for it.
