It was a wonderful and fun tour that Angela and Jamie offered. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. We learnt a lot about Ecuador and Quito during the day. The activities are really fun. We tried delicious chocolate and learnt how chocolate is made, history of the churches, fruit in Ecuador, etc. We enjoyed the activities at the middle of the world. Highly recommended! Best of the best!

Wow! We had such an incredible day thanks for Angela and Jaime. Their knowledge and passion for Ecuador is inspiring and contagious. Do not hesitate to book their tours, it’s the best money you’ll spend during your visit. It felt like we were spending the day with our friends, was so comfortable, warm, and personal. I will definitely be recommending Angela and Jamie to our friends when visiting Ecuador.
Dear Madison: Thank you for your kind and warm words, we do really appreciate it. It was a pleasure to meet you and sure hope to see you back sometime in a near future. Best wishes and warm regards, Angela & Jamie Hally
Thank-you so much Ruben. We had a fabulous day, ended up being just the two of us and Ruben was happy to tailor the trip to what we were interested in and hasn’t seen yet. Expect to be flexible with your itinerary and for us this was a real bonus. We really enjoyed the Museo Intiñan Equator museum. Great English speaking guides giving us a taster of Amazonian culture with some interesting artefacts. Enjoyed hearing about how the Incas worked out this was the centre of the earth and used markings in stone as calendars. Exciting driving around the hilly streets of Quito then Ruben had sneaky parking spots to avoid the traffic /parking Q’s and then it was really fun to wander round with him. Learnt so much about the streets, squares, buildings and the many, many churches that we walked past or explored. Ended up with the drive up the hill to the winged Mary . This is a highly recommended day out and very enjoyable, perfect pace and so much to see and learn. The communication was excellent we had a small hiccup as no parking allowed outside our hotel but I was able to WhatsApp Angela and Jamie and was reassured he was on his way. They were absolutely fantastically helpful when I left an item in the car, returning it to our hotel with-in hours of me letting them know. There were small extra costs for the activities we did but the tour was really worthwhile to be driven around without having to organise it ourselves but most importantly having great company and learning lots about this fascination city.
Dear Karen: On behalf of Ruben, we do really appreciate you taking the time to write about your experience with us, thank you kindly. We sure wish you all the best in the future and hope to see you back sometime in a near future. Warm Regards, Angela & Jamie Hally
We had a wonderful time on this adventure. Jean Pierre (or JP) was a great guide. We learned a lot and enjoyed every minute. This was truly a tour for “us”. There was no meeting deadlines…just like hanging out with a knowledgeable friend on a tour of the city.
Dear Client: On behalf of Jean Pierre, we do appreciate you taking the time to write about your experience, it really helps us a lot. We wish you all the best in the future. Warm Regards, Angela & Jamie Hally
What a beautiful day. We think our wonderful Guide Jean Pierre (JP) might have even ordered the perfect weather. He planned things perfectly. We had very little (if any) wait time for attractions. We started with the cable car to climb up to the swings and see the volcano We even were able to have photos take. With llamas! We also visited many beautiful churches. The highlight was standing at the equator and participating in the science experiments (yes…we can be nerdy). The last stop for coffee was delicious. JP was a wonderful guide and we give this tour 10/10.
Dear Karen: We do appreciate your kind review, on behalf of Jean Pierre, thank you so much for taking the time to write about your experience with us. We wish you all the best in the future Warm Regards, Angela & Jamie Hally
We had an unforgettable private day tour exploring the beautiful city of Quito and the famous Middle of the World. From the beginning of our experience, Jean Pierre exceeded our expectations. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Jean Pierre’s knowledge of Quito’s history, culture, architecture, and hidden gems was truly impressive. As we explored the different parts of the city, including the historic areas and iconic landmarks, he provided meaningful information that helped us appreciate the significance of each location. His passion for Quito was evident, and he shared many interesting stories and insights that made the tour much more enjoyable. One thing we especially appreciated was his flexibility. Jean Pierre gave us options on how to organize our day and allowed us to choose what we wanted to prioritize. He made sure the pace of the tour matched our interests while still allowing us to experience the highlights of Quito and the Middle of the World. Although lunch was not included in our tour package, Jean Pierre recommended an amazing restaurant that turned out to be one of the highlights of our day. His recommendation was excellent, and we enjoyed a wonderful meal featuring Ecuadorian flavors in a great atmosphere. We highly recommend this private tour to anyone visiting Quito. The combination of a well-planned itinerary, Jean Pierre’s professionalism, and his outstanding knowledge made this a memorable experience. If you have the opportunity, we highly recommend requesting Jean Pierre as your tour guide—you will be in excellent hands!

My sister and I took a tour with Freddy to visit some of the most important sites in Quito. We first visited the Intiñan Equator Museum, which was great because the tour was short, engaging, and informative. We had the opportunity to participate in some fun experiments related to being on the equator, including balancing an egg on a nail! We then drove a short distance to the Middle of the World government museum and site. It features a large monument that is great for photos, but there was not much else of significance for us. However, there are plenty of shops and restaurants for anyone who would like to stay longer and explore the area. Afterward, we headed into Quito’s Historic District and walked through some of the main landmarks and buildings in this UNESCO-protected area. Freddy was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. This tour is completely flexible depending on what you want to see. We preferred a shorter day, but there were many other places available to visit. Freddy was very accommodating and offered plenty of helpful suggestions throughout the tour. I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the main sights of this amazing capital city!
Dear Client: Thank you on behalf of Freddy for taking the time to write about your experience during your visit to the city or Quito Thank you again for your time and consideration and for your visit. Warm Regards, Angela & Jamie Hally
I was very fortunate to have Jean Pierre as my guide in Quito .As a solo female traveller I wanted to feel safe but be able to explore this beautiful sprawling city .Jean Pierre was the perfect guide , introducing me to the interesting and unique features of his city , of which he is rightly very proud . He enabled me to take the trip at my pace , discuss ideas about where to visit and chatted along the way about local history and geography. He is a very well informed young man who clearly enjoys this role and brings enthusiasm and knowledge to the experience. Muchas Gracias JP
Dear Sian: On behalf of Jean Pierre, we want you to know that we do really appreciate your time and your warm review. We wish you all the best in th future. Warm Regards, Angela & Jamie Hally
Freddie was a great host taking into account our desires and also food restrictions with my 13 year old. We got a great sense of Ecuadorian culture and Quito during our short stay in Quito. The old city is beautiful. Freddie was on time. The hotel pick up made it easy. Our family of four really enjoyed the details and didn’t get bored.
Ruben was a great tour guide! He enjoyed sharing the history of Quito with us and sharing some highlights of the city. Walking around old town was a treat and Ruben had great stories to share.
Dear Karen: Thank you on behalf of Ruben for taking the time to write about your experience with us. We do really appreciate it. Warm Regards, Angela & Jamie Hally
