We pick up at any location in Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the Lake/Toronto (Downtown) Ontario, Canada and Buffalo/Niagara Falls, New York, USA. Look for our silver vehicle, marked Wheelz Niagara, in black and orange letters. We will be outside your Hotel, Motel, B&B, Airbnb, or Private Resident's main entrance at the pre-arranged pick-up location as scheduled. The driver/guide will text or call upon his arrival. WE ARE ALWAYS ON TIME!! Please be ready to depart!! **NOTE!!! To properly schedule a pick-up/drop-off, we require a complete pick-up and drop-off address, a cell phone contact number AND an email address for the LEAD TRAVELLER. NOTE: Transfers crossing the Canada-USA International Border require Passports/Visas.

Think of all the things you require in a tour operator--helpful advice on programming, timeliness, flexibility, accountability, availability, responsiveness, reasonable pricing, personable and knowledgeable staff, clean and modern vehicles, excellent guide/drivers. Wheelz Niagara checks every box. Over the course of several weeks of discussions and suggestions, they patiently put together a full day tour of the Falls and surrounding area for our group of 8, made all the reservations, purchased all necessary passes, programmed the day tightly but not so tight that we were ever rushed, provided a comfortable van that easily fit our group, were on time, and provided a knowledgable, entertaining and absolutely professional guide/driver (Bill--ask for him, you won't be disappointed). They did everything that needed doing, answered every call and email promptly, efficiently and completely. Whatever it is you want to see in the Niagara area, Wheelz Niagara is up to the challenge. We have nothing but praise for these guys--it can't be done better!
Steve Hannemann and his Wheelz team in Niagara Falls was absolutely amazing. From the moment they picked us up at the hotel in Toronto, to all of the excursions at the Falls and in the surrounding region that day, they were always with us, guiding and answering any questions we had. We not only enjoyed the Falls from several different perspectives, but also the Niagara-on-the-Lake (beautiful, quaint town nearby) and one of their top wineries. We also learned a lot along the way. You should feel confident booking private tours with Steve in the future. It was really an unforgettable day and we especially loved avoiding many of the longer lines during the busy tourist season.

our guide cancelled and a replacement was found. he was lovley though be he did not work for wheelz. our tour was supposed to be for 5 to 6 hrs but only lasted 4.30. our driver was miserable and seamed to want to rush everything. we only had a very short time at niagra on the lake which is such a shame because you need a good few hrs there. our driver was on the phone after about 55 mins asking where we were. and poor dannesh felt bound to leave there as he was not in control of the time table to begin with there was a miss communication between the company and us. tge tour reads like you get to do loads of stuff all pre planned on your day. unfortunately that didn't quite work for us. please do not not use wheelz as they are ok just make sure you get what you want or speak to them b4 booking. the car was really comfortable and clean and new. the replacement guide Danish was funny and friendly he made the day for us. we paid £200 each had we had the full 6 hrs it would have been worth but I hate being rushed that's why we chose a private tour.
Thank you for your review. We offer only private, custom tours. We received this booking through Viator on Sept 20th and I responded at 09:18 AM on Sept 21st. We sent our booking confirmation, our scenic Niagara Falls tour brochure, and our scenic Niagara Falls tour overview all outlining options of possible things to do here. I asked Tracy to respond and give me some direction as to what they would enjoy so that I could build a great experience just for her and her husband. On September 24th I followed up, again requesting feedback to build an itinerary. I attempted to call her overseas twice to no avail. Without proper client input, we can’t plan. There are dozens of options available in Niagara. I reached out to Viator and asked them to cancel the booking. On September 25, the day before the tour, Tracy emailed me a photo of her and her husband. I again tried to call and eventually reached her at the airport where they were boarding their flight. She was in a hurry and couldn’t talk. She told me to please set an itinerary as I saw fit. I am sorry now that I tried to pull this together. We occasionally use professional Step-on Tour Guides. It happens only once or twice a season; it is a standard practice in the seasonal tourism/hospitality industry. Tourist season is over. There is no traffic, crowds, or lineups. Judging the timing of scenic tours is difficult and I always keep a little time for the unforeseen. I assume you do not intend to pay for the attractions you authorized me to purchase on your behalf. Bernie and Steve were great! They were knowledgeable and entertaining. They picked up our group of ten old friends at our hotel in Niagara-on-the-Lake and made sure we saw and experienced the best of Niagara Falls. They took care of all the arrangements (tickets, reservations, etc.), were great to work with and made sure we had a terrific day in Niagara Falls. We would give them our highest possible recommendation!
The Wheelz team picked us up from our hotel and were incredible from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, entertaining/funny, accommodating, and planned out an amazing afternoon / evening for our team (~13 people).
