Anastasiia was an excellent tour guide of Tallin. She met me at our meeting point promptly, and we began a 3 1/2 hour walking tour. Shaye is a beautiful young lady, full of it, energy and passion for her beautiful city. I certainly enjoyed her vast knowledge of history on, yet she filled it with mini side stories, with humorous antidotes. When I return to Tallinn , I will certainly choose her to once again, show me around.
The guide didn't show and our day plans were completely ruined. Viator support 24/7 didn't answer. Now just waiting for refund, hope this time with no problems. Noone from viator even said "sorry"...
