The square is the biggest in North Macedonia with a total extent of 18,500 m2. It is located in the central part of the city, and it crosses the Vardar River.
The Mother Teresa Memorial House is dedicated to the Catholic saint and Nobel Peace Prize winner Mother Teresa. It is located in her hometown of Skopje in northern Macedonia, where she lived from 1910 to 1928.
The Museum of the City of Skopje is a cultural institution in Skopje, North Macedonia. It was founded in 1949 and is located in a former railroad station, which was partially destroyed in the earthquake of 1963.
An interesting park with lots to admire and in a great location for checking out some other local sights. Plenty of seating throughout and the whole area is maintained really well, making it a nice place to take a wander through.
Kapan Han is a han in the Old Bazaar of Skopje, North Macedonia. It was built in the mid-15th century by Bosnian general Isa-Beg Isaković, ruler of Skopsko Krajište, in order to provide a regular source of income for his endowment (vakuf).
