Amazing Tour and Amazing tour guide, Private is the best way to go, Alexandra (Alex), was thus far the best knowledgeable in the subject we toured. Perfect explanation of all local culture, local sites and history. Gave us many do’s and don’t ’s which helped me and my boys understand from the get go!! We bought regular tickets for the lift but Alex suggested the VIP (Glass bottom) lift which was well worth it, upgrade at the site maybe difficult however Alex made it happen. She also was very flexible in our times and needs. I highly recommend her company to book your next Hong Kong Trip. She speaks many languages.
Our tour was absolutely amazing!Our guide Stephanie met us at our hotel’s lower lobby then we took the metro to the cable car and at the metro ride and also at the cable car ride she gave us all all the information we needed and more!The cable car is definitely a must.We walked to the Bid Buddha for about 10 minutes-the steps aren’t so tiring- from the big buddha we carried onto the ten thousand buddhas and saw some gold fish near there.Then she introduced us to the local cuisine as we had some snacks from there we waited for a bus to go to the Tai O fishing village-the bus ride was great it takes about 15 mins- at the village we took a boat and even saw the Chinese border!She also took us to the old police station-it is a boutique hotel now- then we walked around in the village-quite smelly given its a fishing village but it was so great to see the locals- the village’s temple was also great!from the village we took a 45 min bus ride to the cable car’s metro station and took the metro back to RC.She even walked us all the way back to the lower lobby! Definitely the best private tour i have ever had!
