Charles Fort is one of the finest examples of a 17th. Century star-shaped fort in Ireland. Built right on Kinsale harbour at Summer cove. The fort is now operated as a heritage site.

This garden I has been dedicated to the firefighters and Chaplain that died on September 11, 2001. It’s the work of a local woman Cait Murphy who worked as a nurse in New York City devastated by the loss of the firefighters she built this memorial park with the help of her family in their memory.

For our meeting point if not from your hotel reception area then we can meet outside the tourist office on Saint Patrick’s, Cork City. For those coming off a cruise ship our meeting point will be the Annie Moore Statue at Cobh.

An Irish National Treasure

Liam is a professional and experienced guide. We thoroughly enjoyed spending the day with him. He was so attentive, and provided a personalized experience based on our interests. We have been on tours all over the world, and I can assure you this one was one of the best. Great story teller, very patient, puts the customer first. 5 Star experience. Liam was awesome! Another guide told us along the way that Liam was the guru and he was right! He has wonderful knowledge, a caring demeanor, kept us safe, knew exactly where to go and all the history, and took awesome pictures. We totally lucked out. Thanks, Liam! You rock!
