Amazing cooking class

Super special evening! Highly recommend. Enza and Antonio were very hospitable. They have an amazing property! Definitely a highlight of our Italian experience!

An absolutely unmissable experience if you are in Puglia. Simply fantastic.

What can I say... we had an absolute blast at our cooking class. Enza and her husband Antonio are fantastic hosts, and we felt welcome all evening. Their beautiful home, surrounded by greenery with a large garden, a pool, and a spacious terrace, was the perfect setting to learn how to make pasta. But before we started, the international group had a chance to get to know each other during an aperitif, where Enza and Antonio delighted us with an excellent antipasto buffet, mostly homemade by them. The pasta preparation was not only educational thanks to Enza's useful instructions, but also a lot of fun, with plenty of laughs filling the evening. Antonio ensured that the aspiring chefs were never left thirsty, supplying us with Prosecco and various wines throughout the evening. The offer naturally includes tasting the freshly made pasta, and at the end of the evening, Antonio presented us with a wonderful surprise that I don't want to reveal to keep it a secret. Thank you both again - it was a real pleasure. You were fantastic! We drove over 100 km for this experience, and we can say for sure that it was worth it. Many thanks!
