The new Recife House of Detention, with 8400 m² of built area and 6000 m² of outdoor patio, was just built in 1867 and its design was designed according to the most modern penitentiary model existing at the time in France. Following this logic, the building, inaugurated in 1855, has the shape of a cross, and consists of four rays corresponding to the cardinal points (North, South, East, West), all with three floors, which converge to a central hall, covered by a metal dome - the Lookout.
Recife's Ground Zero is a square that marks the birthplace of the city, on the edge of Porto's quay. Located in the Bairro do Recife (or Old Recife), the place is marked by a panel by the artist Cícero Dias, installed on the floor.

The temple, of baroque architecture, is located in Olinda, Recife Metropolitan Region. The building dates from around 1660 and is listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.

The turn didn't happen. No one has contacted me. I sent numerous messages, called my cell phone and NO ONE answered. I missed the day of my trip. Don't trust this company. Now I'm struggling to get my money back.

O serviço só é realizado quando recebemos as reservas dos clientes. Algumas reservas NÃO RECEBEMOS. E por isso não conseguimos atender. O erro não é da empresa. Para disponibilizarmos um carro, temos que receber a reserva. Quando recebemos, prestamos o serviço como solicitado, quando não recebemos, não temos como adivinhar. Algumas vezes, conseguimos carro em cima da hora, mas, algumas vezes infelizmente não temos como conseguir. E ainda sim, sua reserva tinha sido cancelada por indisponibilidade
We greatly appreciate Guilherme's flexibility and attention. We had setbacks with our arrival, however Gui helped us and we were able to do the tour. He not only told us the history of Recife but also shared some tips and took many photos of us. Olinda was the highlight of the walk for its view and conservation. Unfortunately, some parts of the city, although historically representative, are overshadowed by neglect or disorder.

Our driver and Junior guide was very attentive. He gave us a brief brief about the places we passed. It rained in the day, so a little disturbed the walk. But what really wasn't cool was the time available to the Ricardo Brennand Institute. Not because the guide Q extended his schedule so we could see a little bit of everything. You can't do this tour combined with the city tour Recife and Olinda. It is far away and the traffic is very intense, delaying the arrival at the points of interest. I suggest for those who have time, do only Olinda and Recife. Leaving the Institute for another day (does not need a guide in there, visit is sensational with a huge and very well cataloged collection, surpassing some museums in Europe)

Punctuality, flexibility and sympathy of our guide Sena made our experience a very good, pleasant and happy moment. We like it very much and we indicate. We did one day the city tour Recife/Olinda and Instituto, and the other day the transfer back and forth to Porto de Galinhas.

Quite disappointing, we booked and paid online the tour, got no reply from the tour operator, nobody showed up to pick us up. We even contacted TripAdvisor and Viator, who tried to contact the tour operator but nothing happened. Unprofessional.
Nós só conseguimos enviar o carro quando recebemos a reserva o que não foi o caso. A reserva foi feita um dia antes a noite (Após o Horário de Atendimento) Não temos como adivinhar. Não recebemos a confirmação de reserva e por isso não havia carro esperando vocês lá. Quanto ao pagamento, nós só recebemos após a prestação do serviço. Então, o reembolso é solicitado ao TripAdvisor e nós confirmamos que não fizemos o pedido. Não ficamos com valor nenhum de um serviço que não realizamos.
It was very good the City Tour Recife Olinda. We researched in several Enterprises and decided to hire with this company because it had a very good value and still passed at Instituto Francisco Ricardo Brennand, something other companies did not have. The driver was completely available without rushing and we had a stop for lunch in Olinda. The van stopped at every tourist spot, without having to climb slopes or walk to get to each point. We are grateful for the service and wonderful receptivity and will definitely recommend.
