DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, if they even are a real company, for anything. Not surprising that the only other review is a 5-star from a new account with no other reviews. It says you'll hear from them after booking to discuss the time/place of pickup. I never heard from them. So I started messaging and calling every contact number/address they listed. No answers. Kept on trying day and night, since I was going to be busing to Leon beforehand and needed to know how early to go. Eventually they responded to a WhatsApp message with a simple "so glad you reached out because actually, we're cancelling". Who knows if they would have ever even reached out the day of to mention that update if I hadn't been constantly messaging. Not only cancelled short notice, but the most awful customer service in the process. Still trying to get my money back through Viator (where I booked it)
Well, we may deserve the worst punishment imaginable for daring not to respond to your request. The truth is that behind this unfortunate event there is no malevolent plan to make your life impossible even if it seems strange to you. For your information, these service requests are automatically accepted by the server. Unfortunately the message went into spam. It is not the first time. By the time we noticed it, it was too late to launch the tour. We are a small company. Our staff is incredibly friendly and diligent but yes, also insufficient. Finally, we are really sorry for any inconvenience. It's obvious what you're looking for by leaving a comment like this. But you're not going to get it :). Haters like you make us stronger and give us more strength to keep working and improving. I really feel sorry for you. Have a nice day.
