A 20-meter high sculpture that dominates the United Nations Square. It opens and closes depending on the sunlight it receives. (Estimated time between the hotel and the starting point of the tour is 20 minutes).

Founded in 1897, it combines history and authenticity in a building of European architecture with wrought iron, antique stained glass windows and corridors with high ceilings. It is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the porteño atmosphere and see how traditional culture blends with modernity. In half an hour, you will be able to walk through the aisles full of antiques, art, and curiosities. You will also find small cafes and local food shops, where you can try empanadas, dulce de leche or even a choripán. The market offers an authentic experience and a good opportunity for photos, souvenirs, or just enjoying the bustle and charm of one of the most historic neighborhoods in the city.

This is an excellent introduction to Buenos Aires filled with interesting and fun facts about the area, the culture, the food and much more. We did in depth walks in all the major Neighborhoods with lots of shopping opportunities It was awesome having a driver and a guide so you didn’t have to find parking and had the full attention of the guide who was the best. It was more like driving around with friends than guides!

Driver and tour guide both included. You cns ride and tour, or walk / tour with car to pickup drop off to major sites and then walk the rest. For us we enjoyed walking. We toured Sunday afternoon which was actually perfect because the had street shops / tents out at 3 major locations. So many vendors tents you couldn’t see them all. But our tour guide allowed us to do some brief shopping as well as show us the history. She was native Argentinian who taught high school French, so she was very knowledgeable about cultural issues and explained / answered all our questions.

Julian and his team were amazing. They were able to provide us with a memorable experience, even though we were on an extremely short timeline, and were even able to be flexible when our travel plans changed near the last minute. He was very responsive throughout the booking process and I would absolutely go through him again. The tour guide Flo was also spectacular. She listened to what we wanted, and was able to organize the tour on the fly to make sure we got to spend extra time at places we found more interesting. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I cannot recommend it enough.
