Private Bohemian-Saxony Switzerland luxury tour All-Inclusive

Description
Bohemian Switzerland, a national park on the border between Czechia and Germany is known as the land of sandstones in magical shapes. It is typical vacation area for locals because of gorges where you can float on a boat, the very first tourism view-terrace in Europe (Bastei bridge, rock formation) and the biggest natural arch in Europe - “Pravcicka Gate”. Filmmakers fell in love with this place and they shot there a few scenes in “The Chronicles of Narnia” movie.

Current face of the national park was formed more than 90 mil. years ago. Now you can admire the varied shapes of the rocks which have been created and let your fantasy play with them.

What a fantastic time we had on this tour. Our guide Michal could not have been more accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. He put together a tour of all the places we wanted to see with thoughtful attention to detail. He kept the pace to suit our abilities and found a lovely traditional place for lunch. He talked about the places we visited, the culture and history of Czech Republic with great knowledge. Michael was an excellent driver making you feel very comfortable in his lovely clean vehicle. We would highly recommend Michal to anyone who would like a quality tour.
This is an excellent day trip from Prague and was a highlight of my 8 day stay in the city. The activities are great and include viewing and walking Bastei Bridge, light hiking in Bohemian Switzerland to a cool stone arch, taking a boat ride in a gorge, and eating tasty traditional Czech food. While the activities are great, Michal is what makes this a truly exceptional tour. His expertise on the area allowed for real-time adjustments to the agenda. For example, there was much fog when we arrived at Bastei Bridge, but Michal's patience (and a well-timed coffee break) allowed the fog to improve but not resolve completely, resulting in gorgeous views of the bridge and the surrounding area. Beyond that, Michal made the trip special just because of who he is -- a personable, patient, pleasant young man who freely shares his experience as a Czech national. Between day trips, walking tours, and food tours, I encountered about 10 guides during my time in Prague; Michal outshined them all.
Everything from the moment of pickup to our return was handled so well, there was nothing to improve. Our wonderful guide Michael was delightful to spend the day with. After the lovely drive up we ventured the “climb”, Michael ensured we were at a comfortable pace ( we are seniors) ensuring we stayed hydrated and energized with some great chocolate. The view once we arrived was well worth the journey. Michael had interesting facts and stories about the area that highlighted the experience. Lunch was well enjoyed and earned, then off to the German side for a much milder walk. At all times we felt very comfortable and safe, would definitely use and recommend Michael for any excursions. Earlier in the week we spent a day with Michael at Terezin-a much more somber day. Michaels knowledge of the history here and the sincere, respectful manner in sharing the story of Terezin is a true credit to his skills at a guide. Hard to describe this as an enjoyable day but invaluable for the education it provided. That being said,we enjoyed a typical Czech lunch with Michael and lots of stories on some of the Easter traditions with Easter this week. What a delightful, enthusiastic young man truly a pleasure to spend the time with.
Cheryl, thank you so much for such a kind and generous review! I’m glad both of our days, though very different in mood and pace, left a meaningful impression. It was a privilege sharing these places with you—from the peaceful beauty of the Bohemian Switzerland national park to the powerful, sobering history of Terezin concentration camp. I appreciate your openness, good spirit, and company. I’m especially grateful that you felt safe, comfortable, and well looked after—those are always top priorities for me. And I’m happy the chocolate helped with the climb :-). Wishing you all the best, and I’d be honored to see you again. Warmest greetings from Prague Michal
Absolutely amazing tour from start to finish. Michal was very responsive to messages when I started organizing this trip from Canada. He replied quickly and was very helpful. He customized our tour to meet our specific requests. On the day of the tour he showed up on time, was very kind and knowledgeable. His vehicle is immaculate. He was friendly and helpful. Brought along bottles of water and a few snacks for us. The tour itself was perfecy. Started with a tour or Terezin, then continued to qboat ride in a gorge and a beautiful hike in Bohemian-Switzerland park. Finally did a stop at Bastei Bridge and back to hotel. All in, it was about a 12.5 hour tour. Perfection. Thanks Michal for making our first full day in Czhechia amazing. If you are looking for a private tour, book Michal. You will be thanful you did.
Michal of Real Prague Tours was an excellent guide. He picked us up from our hotel and our day with him was amazing. Every aspect was customized for us. The park and lunch were phenomenal. Because the boat ride was closed, we ventured to Koenigstein Fortress. This too was an amazing experience. Michal, thank you so much for the fabulous day!
My partner and I booked a personal couple trip to Bohemian Saxon Switzerland national park from Prague. Our tour guide was Michal, we started our day slightly early in the morning at 6.30 am which we think was the best decision. Michal arrived to pick us up from our hotel, his SUV was very clean and comfortable. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We very much enjoyed the trip talking about history, culture and exploring the natural beauty.
I'm happy you as early birds enjoyed the breakfast in Germany in local bakery :-) private visit of the bridge with good pictures and nicely calm Bohemian Switzerland. It was lovely to meet you. Thank you! Michal
Michal was fantastic, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about Czech history as well as the areas where the tour took place. We had an incredible day and cannot recommend the tour enough we would definitely do another tour with Michal. Thanks.
James, diky moc! (thank you a lot!) I appreciate your comment and value it. The early starting time was perfect so the bridge in Germany could be private only for you :-) I hope to see you some nect time. Thanks for coming, Michal
