While the description says “fully customizable”, we asked to go to Kayseri caves and they informed us “it wasn’t on their route”. No worries, it was the opposite direction anyway. What really ticked me off was at each place we were basically rushed by sellers who only wanted us to purchase things. Ex: at one point we were going to “learn about jewelry” so of course we said yes to this idea…and then ended up at a jewelry store! Where we spent <5 min learning about the stones of Turkey and 30 mins navigating their showroom. Beware of this scam of a company

Please Kindly Note that the tour is fully customized tour in Cappadocia, Kayseri is another city which takes 1 hour 30 minutes one way drive, In the itinerary it's clearly written that the tour is operate in Cappadocia region not in Kayseri city! The tour is private and you wanted to see Jewellery art tribal center, the guide took you there and You fully enjoyed your visit, We checked all the camera's of the jewellery and you seemed you enjoyed a lot and there was no push at all (we have all the prove by cameras and photos) We have to inform you that We are a land operator, We gave you a perfect service of a very knowledge tour guide and a late model mercedes van and You visited all the region of Cappadocia. The guide waited more then 1 hour for you at begining of the tour but unfourtunately you were never appreciate! We really suprised with your complain. Thank you for your understanding.
