Communication was excellent. Driver was personable and a good driver. We were delayed at customs but the driver waited for us until we got our luggage. I would definitely use them again.

It took a while to locate our driver. He was capable but not very communicative compared to others we have used in the past.

They picked up a couple with the same last name but different first initials so we had to wait. The replacement driver was excellent but very noncommunicative.
