Pickup Locations & Times

All arriving passengers are met at the bottom of the escalator in baggage claim with the driver holding a name sign. If the security level has been elevated and inside pickups are not permitted, go to the LIMO LOT which is outside arrivals to the right. If you cannot find your driver please call phone number in voucher and tell the operator that you are holding a pre-paid voucher.

Mustafa was early and...

Mustafa was early and waited patiently for our luggage. He was super friendly and offered insight on activities to do in the area. Very professional and kind. He can was exceptionally clean.

Private car service, more like your own personal vehicle

I prefer not to share photos. I don't want to shame the driver. When I booked this pick up, the website as welm as the customer service individual I booked with on the phone told a different story than what I experienced. The driver was not there to meet us, and asked if I could come out and find him, in the rain and a place I had never traveled to before that is why I chose a private driver instead of public transportation or an Uber, but an Uber is what I got. My luggage barely fit and upon arrival to my hotel the driver opened the the hatchback and my luggage fell on onto the ground, and he just went oops. I have never had this experience before and it started of my daughter's 18th birthday celebration not in a very good way. Disappointment is what I feel right now.

A transport Winner

The driver was on time, easy to find, helped with the heavy luggage, had the vehicle parked conveniently for us, got us where we needed to go quickly and safely. And, I did not have to drive, hustle a ride from a family member, or clean off a snow covered vehicle. A winner in all phases of transportation

Save your money - you most probably will not receive the car you expect!

I'm done with this car service. I've used it for many years and there has always been terrible communication between the dispatcher and the drivers. The latest example is that the company believes that a car is big enough for three people in the back seat - but there is only room for two passengers to comfortably place their feet on the floor; the middle passenger has to place their feet on either side of the center bump. When the company calls to discuss the issue, the answer I received was since there are not a lot of cars, they now consider smaller cars "luxury sedans". Do not be fooled by the photo they show, you will most probably NOT receive the size sedan you expect. The driver was rude, said I should have paid for a van and was constantly checking his phone which was in his right hand most of the drive from Queens into Manhattan.

Money back

I called the agency that was supposed to pick me up and they said they never received a confirmation from Viator therefore there was a never car for me. I want my money back since I payed since the beginning.
