Your chauffeur will meet you at the bottom of the down escalators in the luggage claim area holding a sign with your last name. 18% gratuity is customary in the United States and is based on the quality of service provided by your chauffeur. For all Niagara falls, Ontario, Canada, you are required to have a passport or enhanced license from New York.

I did not use the service. We did not make our connection and could not meet the service. Trying to cancel was difficult and we tried to reschedule the pickup time and after calling we’re not successful. Was told I would get an email and did not. We had to get alternate transportation
