Eagle Discovery met us with a smile as we exited the airport with their clearly marked signage. We were escorted to their outdoor desk and with minutes our driver appeared. We enjoyed the ride in his very clean and comfortable . He was very friendly and informative as we discovered our mutual love of Lionel Ritchie he we listened to song after song. Perfect mood setter for our relaxing stay in Antigua.

Had a total lack of response. Tried to contact provider via email, phone, text, all were dead ends. Very unhappy.
Since first time in Antigua, decided on private transfer from VC Bird to Hammock Cove instead of a taxi. Went great and especially since immagration line took 1.75 hours to get through(last time for that...get Fastrac) our driver from Transferz, Austin Richards Jr. waited for us...thankyou soooo much. Ride went well concidering the road conditions there and into the resort. Will concider using them again.
The team was great about confirming and when we got delayed and missed our flight in, they were super flexible to change to the next day. Our only hiccup was our pick up driver was 20min late on our arrival (there was more traffic than normal because of a cricket match). But the front desk gave us water and kept us company. Our driver was awesome - super fun to talk to and taught us about the island (and the match)! Our return to the airport was confirmed and he was early - Loved that when going to the airport. His car was nice and he had the AC cranked for us. He was also friendly and thanked us for visiting. Would absolutely recommend this company and would use them again!

Really knowledgeable about the area, pointing out different things during the drive, providing recommendations and making us feel welcome. The added touch of the beverage upon arrival for the drive to the resort was so kind. Really made the vacation so much easier to have such reliable and good service.

Very prompt and attentive service. I was happy with both the arrival and departure portion of my service. I also appreciate the communication with the company prior to arrival and departure.
Our driver was amazing. Would recommend Desmi. We Kewaunee a little about the people and the island, where to go and the best beaches.
We had to arrange our own ride from airport after a lengthy delay with Air canada. But your team made up for the missed ride I am very impressed with the cab fare and the gift basket thanks so much it is great to have service like that. See you sat when we get picked up
