Amazing day out!

Amazing day with an amazing guide. We added a couple of additional stops on top of the itinerary that they suggested. Kamal was very patient with us and shared multiple facts in all the attractions, as well as offering to take photos. We learned so much during this trip thanks to him and will recommend it to others.

Really great day out doing a tour of south Mauritius. Really knowledgeable guide/driver. Picked up on time. We felt very safe throughout the day. Would definitely book with that his company again. Nothing was too much trouble. We was not rushed plenty of time to spend at each stop. Mohamed was brilliant. Thank you for an amazing day.

Seamless tour with a wonderful guide

Having visited Mauritius before, we expected to revisit some familiar places along with a few new ones — but this tour surprised us in the best possible way. Our guide, Reaz, was outstanding: personable, proud of his home, and extremely knowledgeable. While Rod and I had been to Mauritius previously, another member of our group hadn’t, and it turned out that many of the experiences felt new for all of us. Unfortunately, Chamarel was closed on the day and the rain meant it wasn’t ideal to view the colourful volcanic rocks — just one of those things and a good reason to return another time. The scenery throughout the day was stunning: lush, green and pristine. We visited a beautiful Hindu place of worship high on the hill, with vibrant statues that made it a fascinating stop. Reaz also fitted in a visit to the tea plantation for tastings, which was both interesting and very reasonably priced — we were glad not to miss it. The day included waterfalls, monkeys, breathtaking scenic viewpoints and a beachside lunch before returning to our hotel. Overall, it was a seamless tour made truly special by a wonderful guide. Highly recommended.

Clarify what’s included and not!

Booked this via Viator. There’s a lot of confusion about what entrance fees are included. I had to pay for the entrance/admission to 7 Colors even if it says already included. Thankfully the guide, Keshav, was able to speak to the manager and cleared it up. In fact, Keshav is the main reason to take the tour: friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He drives masterfully (crucial in those zigzag roads) and explains everything. well. You’ll see waterfalls and beach views. The 7 colors eco area was very pleasant if a bit of a tourist trap. Still, a good day saved by a great guide.

Very good

We made two tours, one to the island of deer and another to the south of Mauritius. Both made with the guide Aktar, maybe and for sure a lot for being with him, especially the tour to the south was very good. We took advantage of the day, saw everything there was to see and had plenty of information along the way. Aktar was always attentive, polite, helpful and above all a spectacular human being with all the care we could have.

Wonderful with light walking and great photo ops!

Absolutely beautiful spots throughout South Mauritius! The Ship shop made for great souvenirs. The diamond shop has my ol lady too excited. Rum was delicious as was the food, and the trip finishing with the large waterfall scenes and 7 color earth was gorgeous

We made the right choice, great package!

The team where extremely accommodating and commutative with us. I was 7 months pregnant on my honeymoon with my husband and we needed a tailored version of this tour so that I wouldn't get too tired and have the opportunity to stop/take breaks throughout the day. Great communication, great flexibility and our driving was so personable and kind with us. We had a very comfortable time visiting the main sites we preferred.
