The driver was not there when we arrived. Someone called him to come. Then he did not help us with any bags and we had small children with us. We had to walk far to the van and they did not offer any water like advertised.

Why the driver was not immediately at the curb At Liberia Airport the public-parking area occasionally reaches capacity. When that happens, our drivers must wait in a holding line until space opens up before they can pull in and meet their passengers. On the day of your arrival the lot was temporarily full, which caused a short delay. To minimize situations like this we always send the driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle plate the evening before so guests can call or WhatsApp the driver the moment they exit customs. Luggage assistance We understand your concern about not receiving help with your bags—especially with young children in tow. After speaking with the driver, he reports he offered to assist but believed his help was declined. Regardless of the circumstances, our standard is to handle luggage proactively, and we’re reviewing this with him to be sure no misunderstanding can arise in the future. Complimentary water You are correct—refreshments should have been offered as advertised. We have reminded the entire team that bottled water must be stocked and offered on every transfer. We truly value your feedback because it highlights where we must improve. Carlos was an excellent and efficient driver. Prompt, professional and very accommodating. 5 stars! And as we flew all day he helped us find a place to stop and get some tacos for the trip to my place

Jose was the operator that picked me and my friend up from LIR airport. We were not offered a bottle of water and I thought the ride would have been more of an engaging (conversationally) experience. $85 is too much money and we could have shared a ride with other guests traveling to the same hotel to cut down on costs.
Friendly driver and prompt and attentive personnel. Would use again. Waiting at the airport when I arrived and very informative about Costa Rica as a country.
