We will provide you modern vehicles and a personal chauffeur that will be waiting for you at the arrival exit of the Mbj airport before your arrival with your name printed on signboard. They will load your luggage to the back of the taxi so you no need to worry about lifting your heavy luggage yourself. Although the taxi queues are pretty organized, in season it can get quite busy and extremely hot, especially MBJ So if you don’t want to get hot and bothered or have young kids with you, a private transfer might be a better option. You can book this in advance and a driver will meet you at the exit and whisk you straight off to your destination.

How To Meet Us at Montego Bay Airport: On arriving at the MBJ airport and after checking through immigration and Customs, proceed to the arrival lobby, where you’ll pass the Avis and Island Car Rental desk to your right. Exit through the double glass doors to the right of a blue Cambio (foreign exchange outlet). Continue to the right and our airport representative will be happily awaiting your arrival with a Yellow sign with Your Name on sign board For Return taxi Pick up and drop off will be at the hotel, villa and Airbnb entrance or lobby.

The driver was on time and very kind and knowledgeable
Our transportation from the Montego Bay Airport was great. We had a private van to ourselves and our driver was so wonderful. She was kind and very professional. On our way to the hotel she discussed and pointed out different locations to visit and activities we could do.
Very efficient pickup from MBJ and transfer to our hotel in Negril. The driver was careful and drove safely, whilst also not going too slow when the road was clear.
We travelled to Jamaica in January 2024 and had purchased the private transfer as part of our package. Horrible mistake. We thought we were getting a care free, straight trip to our hotel and then to the airport when going home. That was not the case. There was no ride when we were at the airport, we had to wait 15 minutes. Ok no big deal. Then the driver decided to stop in rush hour traffic in Montego Bay to pee on the side of the road. Then he also stopped to buy papers (yes, the smoking kind) and then to gas up. We showed up 10 minutes before the bus did. We were not happy. For our trip to the airport, our ride didn't even show up!! Along with another couple, we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes before someone came to get us. The hotel had someone who was going to drive us and they had us get out of their vehicle as Sunwing did not want to pay for the hotel driving us. Horrible experience. Will NEVER go private through Sunwing ever again. Have been trying to get my money back and have been emailing them with NO communication back. Do not recommend at all.

But i want to enlighten you and others who would read this bad review will notice that its in the wrong place, wrong service, This is not Sunwing service or do we have any business with Sunwing. So please hope you can fix it. If not next time please book with us and experience the same Great experience other travelers have when book with us.

Can't say enough good things about our airport transfers. We were lucky enough to have the same driver for our shuttle to the resort and again back to the airport. Clyde was amazing! He was so friendly and so much fun. He pointed out things along the way and taught us about the history. He joked with everyone and stopped to let us get some local jerk chicken both ways. Would highly recommend Clyde as your driver/tour guide. Thanks Juta tours!

Veronica took us to the Lethe Bamboo Raft tour. We had an excellent time doing this excursion. She took fantastic care of us. I did drop the ball on our agreement for transfer to airport on our departure. We ended up going with someone else when we asked her for a ride the next day. I did not realize it took her 45 minutes to get to us. That was totally my fault and massive apologies for that. Hopefully she was able to recover a fare for my incompetence. The best driver one could ever have.
Met Zipp at the taxi stand by the Royal Decameron, Montego Bay. Amazing gentleman and we highly recommend booking him. He is a kind, friendly, knowledgeable, talked about the culture. Pointed out many sights and provided history. He was on time, drove safely. He knew the right spot to go for 7 mile beach and Bioluminescence lagoon. If you book with Juta, ASK FOR ZIPP. He will take exceptional care of you.
*** NOT SAFE FOR TOURISTS *** *** AVOID THIS SET OF SCAMMERS *** I booked and paid for a shuttle from Montego Bay to Irie FM in Ocho Rio's (which is next to Sandles Ocho Rio's), having paid at the desk I received a receipt which said IRIE FM on it. I was then taken to the bus by the rep, I put my luggage on the bus and the driver exclaimed that IRIE FM was not in Ocho Rio's and I would have to pay more, the girl at the desk who charged me and gave me the receipt seemed to be in on it also saying I would have to pay the driver an additional $10 for the extra 3 minute journey from the dead center of Ocho Rio's, natrually I knew this was a scam and got on not agreeing or disagreeing to pay the extra. I have taken this journey 100s of times and always used Tourwise or Tropical tours and never had an issue like this. Then a American female solo traveler got on she was flustered and upset, she had pre booked and paid to go to tower isle, her receipt said so however the driver told her that her payment only would take her to the clock in Ocho Rio's and she would have to pay a further $20 USD to take the the further 10 minutes away. This seems to be a scam they are running now and they will feel no way about leaving you stranded on the side of the road day or night! if you dont pay them there extra extertion money. In the end I got the driver to take me all the way to the door of my apartment and gave him $5 which I would of given him as a tip anyway he was upset saying I should of told him I diddnt have the extra and he would of never of taken me the extra 3-4 minutes to which I replied showing him the receipt, well if juta can break a signed agreement I can break one I never agreed with in the first place. My advise USE TOURWISE or TROPICAL TOURS or any other service never JUTA.
Hi Jerome, please don't associate the Juta Desk with this Juta Private Services, Base on the cost that you pay it would have clearly show that you did not use this service because thats a SHARED TAXI Cost you mention, the service we offer is private transfer from point to point and not a shared shuttle service. Oneil aka "Kid" took incredible care of my family this past week while in Jamaica for five nights (based in Montego Bay) - from a super smooth pickup at Sangster airport to Negril and Ochos Rios for activities --- and then back to Sangster for departure. His vehicle was immaculate. He was incredibly kind, patient and always, always early.
