Anggara picked us up at the airport after 6 hours of delay in our flight. He waited for us for quite some time. He’s super nice and polite and really kept us entertained after 30 hours of travelling. We really appreciated the good service. I would definitely recommend him.

We have used an airport transfer by Smart Ryde as a extra bonus from booking.com. The driver Rini came in advance, was waiting for us even though we had 30 min delay and needed to go through passport and customs control. We had contact via whatsup. And finally she drove us safe to the hotel. Perfect service.
I booked an airport transfer via Smart Ryde through Booking.com, but the driver never showed up. I waited a long time with no communication at all. In the end, I had to take a taxi myself to the hotel. Total waste of money and time. Very disappointing service — not recommended.
