- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
- Large bags and rucksacks are not allowed inside St Mark's Basilica
- At certain times it may not be possible to enter any of the visited churches due to religious functions taking place. These closures are beyond our control so no refunds or discounts will be issued. Guides will provide explanation from outside.
- In case of high water, St Mark’s Basilica Skip the line entrance will remain closed
- Guaranteed skip-the-line entrance to St Mark's Basilica is compulsory from April to October due to high number of visitors. St Mark’s Basilica does not offer a fast entry service to anyone in other periods considered off peak season. No refund is due when skip-the-line reservation isn't required.
- On certain dates, most travelers staying outside of Venice who are planning to visit for the day will be required to pay a €5 access fee. For further details (including exemptions) and to learn what days this fee is applicable, please visit:
- Visits to St Mark's Basilica may be subject to restrictions. Depending on the situation on the day of the tour the itinerary may be amended to offer you the best experience possible.
- ID Cards and Passports of all participants are mandatory to enter inside the St. Mark's Basilica.
- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction.

The walking tour and the boat tour had energetic, well informed guides. I was a little disappointed that there was such a long period of time between them, but the tours are well worth taking.
Great tour extremely knowledgeable guide. Water taxi was a fantastic touch and great way to see the Grand canal..Highly recommended!
Edi was an amazing storyteller with deep and rich knowledge of Venice. She was friendly and talkative, continually giving us wonderful information about all the sites. The skip-the-line is 100% worth the money (lines for tickets and entrance were long), but the real treasure is all the learning from a personalized guide. She kept us moving but never rushed us. She was able to answer all our questions. The basilica is absolutely breathtaking! Doge Palace, as well. She gave us insight on the history of Venice throughout these sites but also on the boat ride through the Grand Canal. Highly recommend the tour and especially to go with Edi!
Christina was very professional but not stuffy! So much great information and told to us in a very fun way.. but she also was accommodating for our family when we needed breaks. She gave many good tips for when we were on our own later. Highly recommend!
My husband and I attended this tour for a day trip to Venice from Verona. We attended the first part of the tour that was a wonderful tour of the doge's palace. Then unfortunately, the weather changed and the skies opened up and it downpoured the rest of the day in Venice. I was sick with a cold so we decided to take the train back to Verona. The tour was great and we really enjoyed all the information and sights that we did see. Venice in general is so cool to see but really a zoo of people. Now I understand the issues that city has. Thanks for the great tour. What we attended was well worth the time.
We had a family emergency and couldn’t attend the tour. They refused to refund me $800. No compassion or kindness.
Dear Client, We operate small group tours and we kept your 4 places for all the grand day tour you had booked . You said you were too tired to joyn for the morning tour and that you'd joyn in the afternoon for the second part of the tour, but never did. If you had an health issues, travel insurance should take care of refunding and we are more than happy to supply any documentation needed. The cancellation policy is already very lenient with full refund at 24 hrs from the start but we can not offer a refund for no shows. Kindest Regards Monica
the boat tour in Venice is so brilliant and we took some pics of Venice, and we went to Murano and back to Venice by the boat.
We did the 5 hour tour with Lorenzo and he was amazing. It was about 95 degrees out on the day of our tour and he was very sensitive about the heat with our group of three. He was extremely informative about the history of Venice and balanced that well with some fun and laughter.
Arianna was a very knowledgeable and personable guide! Catering to her group and what you would like to see.
