Had a great trip around Georgia. We were allowed to come home to wine producers, where we learned about Georgian wine production and culture. The hotels had good standard, nice views and good food. The monasteries we visited were beautiful, and we learned a little about the different places.
It was a beautiful adventure around in Georgia! 🇬🇪 We tasted a lot of amazing organic wine and delicious Georgian food! This trip had really nice accommodations. We had an amazing wiew at our hotels at Sighnaghi and Stepantsminda. We also met a lot of lovely local people!
awesome tour to Kakheti with tastings, lunch, sightseeing, vineyard visits. try this tour for sure with this company
tour to Khareba winery with wine tasting, bread & churchkhela making is interesting and worth trying. Kakheti is beautiful with awesome views and food. Gremi and alaverdi churches have nice architecture.
What a perfect introduction to Georgia! We enjoyed a one-day trip to Kakheti and sampled the best Churchkhela. The scenery was breathtaking, we ate and drank so well, soaked in all the culture and history - it was really worth the visit. Zviad was so generous with his knowledge, time and energy. The trip was organised perfectly down to the last detail. We leave with fond memories and can't wait to be back to explore other regions soon. Madloba!
The two day tour was very good and included visits to David Gareja, Sighnaghi, Kvareli and Telavi. Thanks for very good experience.
Kakheti wine region is definitelyTuscany of the Caucasus. Alazani valley that the town of Sighnaghi overlooks is just awesome and very picturesque. Kakheti is the home to one of the best wines in the world - try Okro's wines if you have the opportunity to visit Sighnaghi.Okro's restaurant has very good views on the valley and very good food as well as wine. Try this tour - you will not regret.
I went on this tour in September 2019. I still remember the taste of the bread from the baking masterclass. Wines were good but some of them had little bit more tannins than I expected. Although, the food was very, very good. Views from Signagi are breathtaking. Driver spoke good English and did his job very well. A trip to remember! Thank you.
Even though it was cloudy & cold and everyone was scared of the virus everything went very well. At Okro's restaurant everyone was attentive and all safety measures regarding the virus were considered. Nobody seemed to be stressed at the restaurant and the owners John and Jane were very nice. We talked a lot and tried good wines. Guide and owner of the company Zviad took good care of us. Thanks and regards in the name of the whole group.
This tour is a very good opportunity to explore Georgia's wine region. The good thing is that it is a private tour and you don't get disturbed by other people and don't have to wait for others all the time like during group tours. During the tour the first stop was to see how Georgians bake bread. It was a small and cosy bakery where an old Georgian lady baked bread. We had the chance to bake it ourselves but preferred just to watch. After that we left for city of love Sighnaghi. Wine tasting was done there in a restaurant with a good view. After that we had a small walk in the town and after the walk headed for lunch to Kvareli(we preferred to have late lunch so on purpose planned it like that). Lunch was done in a family owned restaurant with a nice garden. Food was good , hosts were very nice. Car was good while the guide very good. Thanks for everything.
