It was the coolest! We liked everything. We were picked up from the hotel and taken to the Dharavi area, where we were met by our guide Rahul. It was very interesting what kind of business the residents of the area where they live, how many people live in the slums. I have long wanted to see this place, which became famous thanks to the book Shantaram and the film Slumdog millionaire. After Dharavi, we took the train to see the rest of the city's attractions. This was an excellent whole-day overview of the city of Mumbai. Our tour guide "Kevin" was extremely knowledgeable about his home town. He showed us all the highlights of Mumbai, from the slums and markets to the high-rises owned by billionaires. On a sweltering day in Mumbai, he treated us to ice cream and Cokes. Most of all, he kept our group safe and moderately sane crossing the streets!

The trip was amazing so much to see of Mumbai and Kevin was a very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful guide. The tour of the slums was hectic and at times noisy but very interesting to see and everyone was so friendly there.
