Very intimate setting with a small group of people, our guide was knowledgable about the grapes and the history which was interesting to hear. The wine selection itself was lovely and I would recommend to a couple of a small group of people who love to drink wine!
If you have to do a wine tasting, I hope this review leads you to White Pearl Cavalieri. The staff was amazing and super nice. Welcomed my wife and I at the bar while things were being setup. Gave us a super insightful tour of the vineyards on the property. Explained how the volcanic soil nurtures the grapes. Explained why the grape vines are close to the ground. It was super insightful however, this was just the beginning of an out of the world wine tasting. After giving the tour, we were lead to one of the cellars that was setup for our tasting. The place was super intimate and cozy and all the things you would need to fully indulge. We were paraded with 7 different wines, I believe 6 were white and 1 was red. Some of the best tasting wines I've ever had. As we were served wines, Christoph (excuse the spelling) paired each with different small plates. From hand made bread with charcoal, to the best tostados you have ever had, waygu tarter, a white grouper ceviche just to name a few. Each was paired with a different wine to bring out the flavors. Was an amazing experience and I wish this winery the most success that can be achieved. I type this as I sip on one of the bottles of wine we purchased from the vineyard. Many thanks for hosting us
