Premium Red Dunes Safari and Camel Safari with BBQ Dinner

Though the driver called me to pick me up, they didn't come. Then I called the company, they said my hotel area is in outside of where they can pick up passengers even though they confirmed my tour. My tour was canceled without refund and their call. And they also ignored my call and SNS messages. I strongly unrecommend this tour. ツアーの前日の連絡などもなくピックアップ時間がわかっていなかったのですが、当日1時台にドライバーからホテルに着いたとの電話が急にありました。その際彼は勘違いして同じ系列の別のホテルに行っていたようですが、それに気づいてこちらに来ると言っていたのに、その後も長い時間連絡もなく迎えに来ることはなかったです。それについてツアー会社に確認の連絡を入れたところ、私のホテルは迎えに来る範囲の外にあるとのことで、こちらに伝えることなく勝手にキャンセルの判断をしたそうです。その後の電話やSNSのメッセージは無視されており、返金などの対応もどのようになるか不明です。こちらのツアー会社は全くお勧めできないので、他社さんで予約されることをお勧めします。

First at all, I rate just the company rah tourism where we had book the Safari Tour. The communication was an nightmare. After book, there was write that we have to contact the company for the pick-up point to the hotel and time. I had write the hotel address and send 2 Email to confirm..no answer. After that viator ask it to, no answer. I contact to what’s app, after more calls and days they confirmed the pick-up point at 2 p.m. We had wait on the hotel after 2:15 p.m we try to write and call, no reaction. The hotel try many times to call, no reaction, at 3 p.m the hotel try to call with other number and some one picked up the phone. He say that, he don’t had my number and I don’t send the Hotel Information.. we can do the trip next day.. I said that we are just today in Dubai and he mean that he will cancel the booking.. we was really angry about that, because we had plane that for all day.. after talking he take a driver from another company and comes back to pick-up us. After we had made a really good Tour, it was a good driver and we had much fun.. but the organisation and the reachability from this company is really bad..

We really enjoy the time with Zulfiqar. We felt secured when we did dune bashing. He was really clear and helped us booking a quad. Also he did a lot of photos. Spend a good time we recommend him. Good guide

It was a memorable experience. We went by a 4X4 car on the dunes, did sandboarding, had time for shopping and then came the evening program: camel ride (not that interesting though because of the crowded area); dance and fire show, great dinner, spending night in the desert. We were back to Dubai very late. Recommend it given the good price.

The Dune Bashing was absolutely amazing; however, the rest of the trip was a disappointment largely in part because it was pouring rain. The tour operated did not give us the option to reschedule. The camel ride was literally get on and take a 20 second ride in a circle and come back (no exaggeration it was that short). There was no sand boarding I think because it had been raining earlier, not sure. When we arrived at the safari it was raining hard. The tables to watch the show and eat had no cover. There was no cover. Other tour guides were trying to arrange cover in the VIP section for their guests; but ours was confused and did nothing to help guide us. We sat under the rain and ate rain drenched food. IT was not a good experience. I think had it not been raining, it would have been great.

Crazy funny driver. All well-organised. Beautiful views and great atmosphere. Perfect trip. Strongly recommend

Too hectic. We changed cars couple of times just to make some transfer. And the dune bashing was actually very quick. The rest was ok.

Very dissatisfied with this tour. It was very disorganized and informal. And the worst part took place when we got to the dinner and show place. There you are on your own and there wasn't even space in the table for all members of the group. Just awful.
