We arrived in Syndey in the morning but couldn't check in to our hotel until the afternoon. Using ShuttleMate was the perfect solution! We were picked up at the airport by our awesome driver/guide Mark, given a great introduction to the city and then dropped off at our hotel when done. Mark was waiting for us when we walked out of customs, was friendly and knowledgable and gave us TONS of great tips for the rest of our time in Sydney.
