Description
This activity is recommended for people of all ages from the age of 14 where they will experience sliding in the waves of Playa de Las Americas where you will live an unforgettable experience. The activity is 2 hours and includes all the necessary equipment such as surfboard, neoprene, escarpments and lycra where you will start with a theory of 20 minutes where we will explain the basics of surfing , techniques to be able to enjoy with our first waves. The beach where we will surf in volcanic rock where the waves are perfect for beginners and advanced. Inside the sea they will always be guided by an experienced instructor and must follow his directions , at the end of the class will be stretched to prevent any injury and comment on how the experience has been. He returned to school to change his equipment and shower in our facilities and then see the photos of our photographer. The good energy after surfing is magical! Aloha mahalo

- If the maximum number of students is not reached, you can opt for a private lesson with an extra payment of 35€; if there are only 2 people in total in the group booking, only an extra amount of 20€ per person will be charged to be able to hold a semi-private lesson
- Experience the best surfing experience in Playa de Las Americas with Ocean Life Surf School. We offer private, group lessons and spectacular sunrise and sunset sessions designed to guarantee you the best waves and premium coaching. Schedules can vary for safety, tides and optimal conditions, always adjusted to give you the perfect session. Sunrise, Sunset and group classes require a minimum of 3–5 surfers. To book instructors in Polish, Russian, French or Italian, it is necessary to do so 48 hours in advance. Our Polish instructor, Thor, is available only on Sundays and Mondays. Reservations made after 18:00 require confirmation from our team. You will receive a message when your booking is processed. If you do not receive it, contact us at oceanlifetenerife@gmail.com or WhatsApp. All reservations require prior confirmation to ensure availability and the best sea conditions.

- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class time to register and prepare. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will forfeit your reservation without refund. What to wear We recommend bringing a swimsuit and towel. Surfing can be physically demanding. Please make sure you are in good health and comfortable on the water. Safety comes first Your safety is our priority. Please listen carefully to all safety instructions and follow your instructor’s instructions at all times. Parking Parking is limited near the surf school. We recommend arriving with extra time to find parking, especially during high seasons. Health restrictions Not recommended for travelers with back problems Not recommended for pregnant women Not recommended for travelers with heart problems1 or other serious medical problems Not smoking or drinking alcohol Level of difficulty Most travelers can participate in this experience.

In the event of cancellation by the school due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund. Great surf school! It was my first time on a board and I felt very well instructed. The fact that the group consisted of only five students was also very positive, as the instructor had a good overview and was able to help everyone. Definitely recommended. I would book again anytime. :)

Crazy experience, super recommended to anyone who wants to try surfing for the first time. The instructors are super, they make you feel immediately at ease and guide you step by step to be able to ride the wave. Fun guaranteed!!

I had the best time with Ocean Life Tenerife from start to finish! I booked online, and when the conditions weren’t great on the original date, they got in touch and rearranged for a better time—super professional. The others in the group didn’t turn up, but Jerzy still took me out solo. Man, he worked me hard! Such a positive, kind guy who really made sure I had the best experience. All the equipment is included, the changing facilities are clean, and you can securely leave your gear in the shop. Showers are available after too. Would definitely recommend!
