Our guide Lyudmila was excellent. She was flexible, patient - even with our last minute group with young kids - and was just a great person to be around. She tailored the tour to our interests and speed and she was happy to digress and answer questions from the kids.
Our tour was actually was called "Highlights of Prague" Private Walking Tour. It was 4 hr, and the guide met us at our hotel lobby promptly at 0900. We had a wonderful informative tour of all the main highlights. Paid the guide in cash when we started the tour - no advance credit card charge!
