Sophie was a great guide who had fun drinking games and kept our interest for the whole tour with her historical stories
BEWARE Viator is three times more expensive than if you arrive to your destination and purchase there. Anything with food it is a total rip off !!
An absolutely awesome experience!! Great boat. Delicious food. Friendly staff, good music. We are enjoy every moment of it.
Very nice and cozy ride on the boat. Breathtaking view. Very good buffet. We really enjoyed it.
It had been a really hot day - high of 88 degrees. I paid for premium seating on the dinner cruise, which turned out to be an enclosed area in the front of the ship. Walking to our table, I just about passed out. It had to be well over 90° in this section of the boat. I asked the waiter if they could turn on some air and he looked at me blankly. There were 30 of us in this section, all frantically fanning ourselves with the menu. Unbearably hot. Several people went out the side door to the front and side of the shop to try to get some air and were immediately hunted down by the ship’s crew and told that they had to go back inside the ship. I’ve never been so hot. At one point I even saw one of the crew members ask the woman in charge (Captain?) if they could turn on some air and she said no. One of the couples just picked up and left before dinner even started and sat in the back where the inexpensive seats were, but the boat was open to the air. Everyone else like us ate their dinner as fast as they could in order to get out of that section of the boat. I literally ate with my fork in my right hand, fanning myself constantly with my left hand. We skipped dessert and went up to the top where we could get some air. The scenery was lovely, although there were so many boats on this short stretch of river that the traffic was notable. Some people from the back of the boat even enjoyed dancing however it took us several hours just to cool down. The fact that ship’s captain didn’t care about how uncomfortable the guests were just floored me. The food was nothing special, the wine that came with the deluxe tickets was so-so. I was only there for the scenery and they ruined that for me. Make sure you check the weather before you book this!
It was a wonderful activity - the boat was very clean, the staff were very friendly, the food & drink was excellent and the musical entertainer on the boat added a lot to the whole evening experience.
The food and the live Music were excellent. And on to of that the view of the city at night was astonishing. Took so many fantastic videos and photos.
Please ignore the negative reviews. We almost did not book the tour due to the below 4.0 average review but we are glad we did. We really enjoyed it. Staff was great, boat was beautiful and the buffet dinner was good. And of course the star of the show was the river. Beautiful at night.
Great service and food. Guitarists provided enjoyable music, except for the female ‘singer’. I would recommend this to everyone.
Seamless boarding, royal kit offered very good. The boat is new and the luxury section is very beautiful. The duration of three hours is perfect. We crossed and waited a little at the lock but we ate the entrance during this time. The meal is buffet style and basic but it was good. The service was excellent. There was live music on board during the meal. It is a very nice activity with beautiful views in the evening.
