Roger picked us up at the airport, thank goodness he waited for us as our flight had been delayed. He was a delightful young man. Provided some history and suggestions for places to visit during our stay. I truly thank him for making this airport transfer so pleasant after a long flight.
Driver was on time, helpful, and got us to the airport with no issues. We had a van for 5 people and had plenty of space for us and luggage.
Great experience with this car service. Driver was punctual, friendly, and easy to find at the airport. He went out of the way to show me some things and shared a great guidebook that enhanced my visit. It made the journey hassle free and I would highly recommend.

We informed the passenger about the delay as soon as we became aware of it; however, before the driver arrived, the passenger had already left the pickup location and we were unable to reach them by phone. We fully understand that even a short delay can be frustrating, especially when expectations are high. As a gesture of goodwill and to acknowledge the inconvenience caused, we issued a full refund for the transfer. We are sorry that this experience did not meet the standards of service we aim to provide and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
Our driver was extremely polite, had a map of the city and small tour book for us, and also water. He assisted getting our luggage to the car and then to the door of our condo. We were very pleased.
