Description

Port Dickson began history as a small Malay village inhabited by fishermen and traders. It was originally called 'Arang'; named after a local coal mine. During the colonial era, a British official named Sir Frederic Dickson turned Arang (Charcoal) into a port for transporting the rich tin ore deposits. The town was renamed Port Dickson (after the official) and became a busy, railway-linked harbour. - Port Dickson has a lot of places to see and is a favourite among Malaysians who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life - Sail away on a cruise and enjoy the breath-taking sceneries of Port Dickson's seascape and the Straits of Malacca. - Catch a romantic sunset together, or be dazzled by a starry night sky as you escape into the open waters of Port Dickson. - Imagine a floating resort on the water with a great landscape as the sun sets. - Soak in the seawater jacuzzi or just sit back, relax and indulge in a beautiful sunset. - Return transport from Kuala Lumpur

Disappointing

You can’t really call it a tour, more of a really expensive taxi service to be honest. You just get dumped at one beach and left to your own devices. It would have been nice to be taken to a couple of beaches. Not worth it.

Operator response

Thanking you and very sorry that we didn't fulfill your expectations regarding this trip. we are crystal clear about our itinerary which we advertized and maintained the alignment with the physical trip. Port Dickson is the most attractive spot of our customers and we received good responses. So this is very disappointing that we received your review with a low rating as we provided the best services as per our advertised itinerary. Thanking You

I cannot really rate Port Dickson as...

I cannot really rate Port Dickson as it has nothing for the tourist. The guide tried his best to make up for it by giving us as further tour of Putrajaya as we wanted to leave Port Dickson early.
