Stunning experience! Ideal weather plus amazing guide Filip made our tour unforgettable. Really recommend to visit this place when you're in Croatia. 10 out of 10!
Beautiful and unforgettable place!! I loved taking the walk!! We walked 8km in the park and it was worth it!!
Good arrangement with the nice tour guide and the nice driver. It is really a great tour for the tourists!
Amazing tour. Highly recommend. Got a transfer to the meeting point then a comfortable coach journey to the location. The tour guide gave us a group chat to communicate in where he gave us all the information needed and also how to get around and return.
The bus was supposed to leave at 4 a.m. But we had to be back at 2 o'clock. In addition, money was collected from everyone to buy the tickets as a group. Nevertheless, more money was taken here than the tickets cost and I got a student ticket. Probably the cheaper buy tickets and keep the rest. Book your own ride there. This is cheaper and the boat trip is already in the ticket from the park.
Plitvicka is simply spectacular. Tamara is an enthusiastic and friendly facilitator who is very open and willing to answer question and address concerns.
First - be aware of the acutal entrance fee. The agency charged us 25 eur but the actual cost was 21 eur. They didn't say anything, but when we confronted them about it, we got the additional money back. Otherwise keep in mind that the "tour" really only is the bus there, plus a guide writing on whatsapp. The rest, the amazing park and the boat ride - is entirely included in the entrance fee. Best take the cheapest option available to get to the park, then just go on your own there - it is very well marked and there are signs with information you can read.
Easy pick up area right outside old Town area. Bus was comfy and views of area from bus were great. Easy and fast entrance into park. Our guide connected with us using WhatsApp which worked fine. While touring park, he used combo of Whatsapp and narration to describe to us what we were seeing. We did the shorter route B and spent our last 90 minutes enjoying an amazing and affordable Croatian meal at the big sit down restaurant in the park. Highly recommend this restaurant.
We had a wonderful day. Our accommodation host recommended Jadera and they did not disappoint. Transfer was quick, easy and comfortable. There was a WhatsApp group we were added to so we could stay in touch with our guide all day should you choose to go off on a walk alone which my partner and I did. There were only two routes you could do with this tour as you’re restricted by time (5.5 hours) however we opted for the longer of the two routes and had plenty of time! For the two of us in total it cost €110 for the bus transfer (€30 per person) and the entry tickets (€25 per person must be paid in cash - much cheaper in the off season!). Plitvice is a must see destination and we highly recommend booking with Jadera for a friendly, reliable and helpful service!
The lakes are absolutely stunning. No photographs could ever do them justice. The tour made it easy to get there and back, as well as clear instructions on where to go and how long to take we thought the second part of the walk was a little rushed but still made it in time with plenty of photos. I’ve read reviews previously that talk about poor signage at the lakes but did not find this to be so. It couldn’t be easier to get around. Very clear signs everywhere.
