Fantastic time - the instruction is friendly and very helpful. It is an easy way to talk with new people from around the world. Highly recommend the experience and you will be proud of how good a pizza maker you become!
Luca and Francesca were great We made pasta and pizza and got so much wine and food Would definitely recommend 10/10
Ricardo & Maurizio were amazing instructors! They were both very informative & quite entertaining! We made homemade pasta from scratch, our very own personal pizza with your choice of toppings! Extraordinary and abundant antipasti, wines & fresh cannoli to end our class! This activity is a must!!!
My son (8 years) and I did a pizza and pasta class today. We had a very nice instructor (Alessandra) who even knew German, so my son could understand everything. It was a lot of fun and we will now be able to make our own pizza at home! 100% recommendation!
We booked this pizza cooking class on a whim the night before while looking for a fun honeymoon activity, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm and welcoming. We were seated with travelers from all over the world, enjoyed great company, and were treated to generous pours of delicious wine throughout the evening. The class itself was very hands-on and interactive. We learned how to hand-roll pasta, prepare pizza dough, and make our own pizzas from scratch, which made the experience both fun and memorable. Everything was well-paced, engaging, and easy to follow even for beginners. A huge bonus was being sent home with the recipes so we can recreate everything at home. This class is perfect for couples, friends, families, or small groups and is a wonderful way to meet people, learn about the local area, and enjoy amazing food and wine. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxed, social, and immersive experience.
Situated in a restaurant beside the Porta Messina, we participated in a macaroni and pizza making class. About 18 people congregated around a large table inside the restaurant to make our dough. Instructor spoke English and the group was friendly and engaged. Food served at a long table with an antipasto, wine, pasta and the individual pizza you made. Receive a “diploma”, recipes and cooking apron. A fun night.
We did the pizza making class as a family. We made pasta, had a break where sharing plates of cheese, olives, meats and breads were handed out along with red and white wine and soft drinks. The drinks flowed throughout. The pizza making was fun but due to having to prove the dough we were unable to eat our own. We added our own toppings and cooked them. Shane we weren’t shown how to make the tomato sauce as it was divine. A great social occasion. We arrived at 6.20 and left at 11pm!
Great place to meet new people. Lots of laughs! The chefs are so nice and make everyone comfortable.
10/10 Mauro was brilliant and led the class perfectly. We had a great time and they were incredibly accommodating - and fantastic pizza!
This was well worth it and I suggest it to everyone visiting. It was a pizza making class but we also learned to make pasta. We ate so much and took the rest in boxes. The drinks were plentiful as were the appetizers too. The instructor Mauricio was so much fun. We enjoyed it so much we came back to the restaurant for dinner a few nights later and was not disappointed!
