Great little tour. The guide was very informative. Impressive that I was the only person on this tour and very thankful it didn’t get cancelled.
Thank you very much for your kind words. It was truly a pleasure guiding you. I sincerely appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future. Anna
Excellent guide, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The best we could have had.
Muchísimas gracias por sus tan amables palabras. Anna
Highly recommend. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and kind. We had so much fun on this tour, it was we'll paced, did not feel rushed and we learned a lot.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the tour and had a great time with our guide. Hope to see you again soon! Best, Anna
While our tour guide was knowledgeable, the tour was both in English and Italian. This was disappointing and feel like only got value for half the time I paid for. Could not ask questions and our guide seemed to favor speaking more with the Italians in the group. At the end, felt disappointed. When I signed up for the tour, there was nothing said that it was to be in multiple languages.
Dear Anthony, Thank you for sharing your feedback — we truly appreciate the time you took to let us know about your experience. We’re sorry to hear you felt disappointed, though we’d like to kindly clarify that the possibility of a bilingual tour is clearly stated in the product description. We always encourage guests to read not only the title and main text but also the “Additional Information” section, where it specifically says: “Minimum numbers apply for the language. If there are not enough passengers requesting the same language, the tour could be bilingual.” Regarding your impression that the guide spoke more in Italian — if you don’t speak the language, please rest assured that the guide provided the same information in both languages. Italian often requires more words to express the same concepts, which can make it sound longer, even when the content is identical. We know your guide personally and can confidently say they always ensure every guest feels included and free to ask questions, as you can also see reflected in many other reviews before yours. For the future, if you’d prefer a tour exclusively in one language, we would be more than happy to arrange a private experience for you — just send us a message, and we’ll take care of everything. Warm regards, Francesca
Of course, we all have to see the Tower - but in my opinion the Basilica steals the show. Absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Our guide Eloise successfully navigated our small group through the mobs getting their shots holding up the tower, while giving us a lot of great information. She was very kind and incredibly knowledgeable. If you're going to visit Pisa, I think you will be disappointed in your visit if you don't invest in a guided tour, a great guide like Eloise adds so much to the experience.
Dear Paul, Thank you very much for your kind words. We’re delighted to know you enjoyed your visit to Pisa and that Eloise helped make your experience memorable. Your appreciation means a lot to us. Kind regards Anna
When it said private group I didn’t realize it would just be my wife and I … it was exceptional !! Loved it !!
Thank you for your kind words! We're so glad to hear you had a great experience and that the private tour was a pleasant surprise. It means a lot to us that you enjoyed it, and we hope to welcome you again in the future! Best, Anna
The tour was excellent. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and helpful. She really made the history connect with what we had read, to see it first hand was breathe taking. We would recommend this tour to everyone.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear you had an excellent experience and that the tour brought the history to life for you. We're especially glad to know our guide made such a positive impression, we’ll be sure to pass along your compliments. It means a lot to us that you’d recommend the tour to others. We hope to welcome you back again in the future! Best, Anna
The guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and informative. Only one downside No communication prior to meeting She was only present for one hour and not the hour and a half paid.VIP
Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are, of course, pleased to hear that you found the guide excellent and knowledgeable, this is exactly the experience we aim to provide. However, we would like to clarify a few important points: 1. All the information about the meeting point, timing and program was sent to you in advance. We encourage all our guests to read these details carefully before the activity, as they are essential to ensure a smooth experience. 2. The program has always been clearly described: approximately 1 hour of guided explanation plus 30 minutes to climb the tower: a total of 1.5 hours. You actually received all the time and attention than what you paid for, so we were surprised to see a 3-star rating. Low ratings unfortunately have a significant impact on small, quality-focused companies like ours, and we feel that this review does not reflect the service you actually received. We hope you will consider updating your review to better represent the positive experience you had with our guide. Best regards
Very informative and interesting. Great photo opportunities. Surprisingly climbing down the tower was more frightening than going up.
I'm so glad you enjoyed the experience and found it both informative and photogenic! It's funny how coming down can feel more intense than the climb up, but that just adds to the adventure! Anna
I highly recommend you take the time to come and see this marvel. As I rounded the corner the only thing I could think of was WOW. The structure is unbelievable. It literally makes quite an impression on you and takes your breath away!!
Dear Lina, Thank you so much for your wonderful words! We’re delighted to hear that the experience left such a strong impression on you. It truly is a breathtaking sight, and we're so glad you had that “WOW” moment—those are exactly the kind of memories we hope our visitors take away with them. We sincerely appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back again in the future! Warm regards, Anna
